Awesome customer service. I called them on a Friday afternoon, they come by Saturday morning looked at our problem and sprayed the spotted lanternfly right away. A few hours later we had a pile of DEAD spotted lanternflys!

We can't say enough about Ryan and Prudential Pest Solutions! Ryan came out to our home in Glenmoore (Chester County, PA) the same day we contacted him. We had a wasp nest in an inaccessible area that we tried to treat ourselves with no luck-he treated and sealed the area and inspected/treated other areas around our home, as well. We were very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. Also-he was nice to our pets, so he's a A++ in our book.

I wanted to thank Ryan from Prudential Pest Solutions for resolving a yellow jacket situation I found in my son's bedroom last week. We don't use this bedroom except for storage. My youngest son had to get his mattress topper for college and found over a 100 dead yellow jackets on the floor. I looked on my Next Door App and found several recommendations for pest control. I saw that Prudential Pest was family owned and he is a Marine Vet. I texted Prudential Pest last Sunday evening. I heard back from Ryan with in minutes and set up a time for him to come by the next night. Ryan discovered that the yellow jackets bore a hole in the bedroom closet to find their way in. Had Prudential service my home a few weeks ago and was very impressed! Must Hire! Ryan with Prudential Pest Solutions basically saved the day -- I had Yellow Jackets coming into my Bedroom from the attic, and had called Ehrlich to come out and take care of it. Ehrlich came out and did not do anything - said they would have to come back with two guys to take care of it, and then didn't book me until A WEEK later. Can you believe that? A week longer to have dangerous stinging wasps taken out of my house. That was too late for me, so I called Ryan, and he came the same day, went up in my attic with a bee suit, was up there for at least 40ish minutes, spraying, and breaking up the 2 x 2 or 3 x 3 nest, and also spraying the outside area where they were coming into the house. He did all of this by-himself too! I have a dog, and Ryan assured me the spray he was using was safe for pups too! What a relief. Ryan was also super nice, easy to work with, and cheaper than the big companies. Absolutely must hire if you need to get rid of Yellow Jackets! The Prompt service was great. I had a nest of yellow jackets in my bedroom wall. After having it treated on Friday afternoon, I was still hearing activity in the wall Saturday night. I found Ryan on line and sent a request at 1 am Sunday morning. Ryan came at 11:30 Sunday and by 1 pm had completed removed the yellow jacket nest and another hornet nest outside. He then treated the whole house. Very knowledgeable and great service. He also developed a treatment plan to avoid future issues. Thank you, Ryan! I can sleep tonight.
