Well he did show up. He said he had forgotten. Not good. But he did an thorough job on the wasps and carpenter bees. Our porch is actually buzzing. He gave us a discount for our trouble and said to call him if it seems the poison didn't work as well as expected. ------- Undependable I called him on a Thursday and he came within the hour to look things over, make an appointment, and give me an estimate. He was supposed to come the following Tuesday. I called Wednesday or Thursday and left a message for him to call back and reschedule. It is now Wednesday of the next week. Haven't heard a word from him. He seems very versed in his profession and fair in his prices but to not even call back.... Well that's why the 1 star.
