Alex did a fantastic job taking care of our bed bugs. As traumatizing as this situation can be his calmness and confidence reassured us right away. After the first of 3 treatments the bugs were gone! We decided to continue with general preventive treatments and now we are confident our home is in good hands. P.S. The dogs are amazing and adorable.
