Excellent response! Very Knowledgeable! Did the initial consultation inside and outside application. Application is transparent and didn't harm our pets or notice any smells. Exterior was extensive with window sills, soffits and ground application. Wood bees were noticed in the gables. All gables were sprayed as well. Very thorough job done! Parks knows the local area season, types of pests and customer service is #1! If you have pest, mice, bees, any critters....call Parks!!

I adamantly refuse to ever consider hiring such a unprofessional,discurtious and contradictive person. Mr Parks claimed one thing in person but when I read his report he embellished the truth and then when questioned he got a attitude and refused to do the job. Do not hire he's CYS's mouth piece call Orkin or Terminix.

While I wish the gentleman who came to my home to distribute the pest control spray had also covered the attic, he still seemed to do a thorough job on the interior and exterior and I have not seen a single spider indoors now for over a week, which is amazing since I had been seeing them multiple times every week. I would definitely recommend this company.
