Masters touch was able to come out the next day for a LARGE hornet's nest above our garage. Everything was explained thoroughly over the phone and they showed up as promised and on time to remove the nest. The job was done quickly and efficiently and treatment was also applied to the area to ensure it was taken care of for good on top of their 45 day guarantee. They even took the time to explain that there would be a few stragglers in the evening that would need sweeping off the driveway to keep our dogs paws safe! Very professional and paid attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and professional techs and staff. Had an issue with large wasps (Cicada Killers) on our property. They came when they said they'd be there. Several days later, the wasps were still there. though fewer in number. Because it was so close to our front door, we called and spoke to the owner. Tech was back to re-treat at no charge with 2 hours. 2 hours, people!! I don't think you can find service like that anywhere. Any other pest issues arise, we're calling Master's Touch.

All of the techs, office staff, and owner have been professional and friendly, the price is reasonable, and most importantly. we don't have to worry about bugs and rodents in our home. We recently moved and before bringing Masters Touch in to our new home, we developed an ant problem. Dennis came to get rid of the ants as well as set up other unobtrusive preventative things around the house. He told me it would take about two to three weeks for the ants to be gone, but we haven't seen one since the day he was here. Dennis couldn't have been nicer, explaining everything to me and answering my questions thoroughly. In almost ten years, I have never had one complaint or problem with Masters Touch, only positive experiences all around.

Masters touch was great from the start. I called them before they opened at 8 am on a Thursday and within 10 minutes I received a call back from them. They said the could come that same day which was terrific because I got stood up by a bigger named company the day before. They came, did the job right and were friendly. On Saturday, some bees were still hanging around, so we called to see if they could come again. To our surprise, not only were they open, but they called us back in about 30 minutes saying that they had to make 2 stops and then they would be over. About an hour or 2 later, the owner of the company was there. Not only was he friendly, he stood by his word and came to get rid of those bees that were still hanging around. This company is run right, which is rare. I will be a customer for life! Thanks!!

A Master's Touch service technician visited us a few weeks ago to treat for Carpenter bees. He went through the treatment routine, but seemed a bit rushed. I waited for at least 2 weeks to allow the chemicals to take their toll, but the pesky dive bombers were still out in full force. I called back to request a re-treat and spoke with a gentleman named Steve who was friendly and sincere, and promptly scheduled another visit the following week. A different tech came out — Kurt. He was very patient and professional while I followed him around, pointing out suspected hiding places for the little critters. Kurt was super-friendly, very knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy his job. I should know soon if the second treatment did the trick. The bees are already thinning out. Thanks, Kurt! I am thoroughly satisfied with Masters Touch Pest Control. This is our second year with them, and they are a pleasure to deal with!

We had a yellowjacket problem in our house all summer long. Multiple treatments from other companies and our own attempts did not fix the problem. With small kids in the house and a baby imminently on the way, I was getting extremely nervous that we would never get these pests out of our house. Despite being on vacation, the owner came out to our house to investigate the problem the very morning that I expressed my concern. They came up with a plan to treat it. In the meantime, my son was unexpectedly born 2 days later. The owner and his technician came out as scheduled to treat the problem while my baby was in the hospital. Now I can take home my newborn son in peace, knowing we won't have to deal with yellowjackets crawling under his crib. Thank you, thank you, thank you Master's Touch!!

My experience with the owner o this company (Master's Touch) was not a good one. My appointment was scheduled between 10 am-1 pm...I called them about 1:30 pm to see what the hold up was. The receptionist was pleasant & said sorry that no one had contacted me or anything, however said they will be there in 10 minutes as he was running very behind that day. Upon arrival, his disdain o me was very clear & I am shocked he didn't go on & just put his nose up into the air. Was here maybe 5 minutes and claimed that he could not help me, with my issue, as I reside in a row home and couldn't wait to get out the door. He was very rude & arrogant towards me. Then he went ahead to contact my landlord, which I gave him permission to do, but the story he gave to him was that my house was in such total disarray that he wouldn't waste his precious time on me. He also relayed that his "reputation" would be on the line...I would like to add that I have a disability as well as two small children who yes, have some toys & little shoes around, but seriously I do my best. Sadly, I am not Superwoman, nor do I have the luxury to hire a maid. So the bottom line here is that I would never recommend this company to anyone-ever!!!!!!!

Very please!! We bought the annual package and have been very pleased with these guys showing up 4 times a year to spray, and, come ANY OTHER TIME I CALL! Granted, I've only called 1 extra time b/c they stuff they put down works, but still it was a great freebie. I'm writing today though b/c they impressed me again. I found a new bug in my house and was obviously annoyed. I brought it in to these guys this morning and I just got a set of text telling me what it is, how it probably got in, the potential harm, and how to deal with them. WIN

Masters Touch is always dependable for our outside treatments to keep carpenter bees from damaging the house. They communicate well, schedule and come on time and do good work. We now needed them for mice getting in. The problem was taken care of quickly and effectively...so glad since I’m not a fan of mice in the house!

had a relative move in and he brought roaches with him. didn't realize it until a week had passed. already had an account with Masters Touch due to business needs. they came in 3 times at my request to treat and re-treat (i'm a bit anal). wasn't charged for the 3 additional treatments and its been 10 days since my last roach sighting. very helpful and sympathetic staff. always professional. jeff, the owner, spent a great deal of time explaining the habits and treatment of roaches. Ed was thorough as always and helped reassure me that roaches can be eradicated and not just controlled. so very glad i chose Masters Touch one year ago when i was searching for a pest control company. highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest solutions.
