My neighbors and I had a problem with critters of the Mickey kind and Diagno came right out and did an amazing and thorough job of putting bait, traps, and most importantly sealing. My experience all around was pleasant. I called in the morning, scheduler was sweet and thorough, and was able to have my house looked at that afternoon. The exterminator, Hussam, was on time, very knowledgeable and polite. I ask a lot of questions and he had answers for everything and was able to explain what he was doing to give me piece of mind. The service was fairly priced. I highly recommend this company.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIAGNO PEST CONTROL I didn't realize how pesky squirrels can be until they found an entrance into the ceiling of my home from the backyard. Oh they were having a grand ole time running around and seemingly inviting their relatives and friends to come by to join in on the fun. Well I found Diagno Pest Control on Yelp....not only were they quick to respond to my inquiry they were very polite enough to give me an estimate site unseen...When they arrived on our scheduled inspection/workday, I must say they are very professional, friendly and very informative. They even guarantee their work for 3 months. Absolutely awesome!

I have had a problem with mice for years. I had previously used an exterminator I loved -- Town and Country -- but they seem to have gone out of business. Diagno was even better. Theirs was the most comprehensive inspection and treatment I've ever had. They responded to my call within an hour and got someone to my house several hours later. The gentleman who came professional, thorough, explained to me everything he was doing, and was just a lovely person overall. He not only plugged up every conceivable entry point, but he noticed a vent that showed signs that mice had come through and put screening behind it to prevent that in the future. I very highly recommend Diagno.

After we moved into a new rental apartment, we found out that there was a lot of water bugs coming into our apartment. It was a terrifying and disgusting nightmare. Mainly, because we have a baby that crawls everywhere. We weren’t sure what to do and we definitely didn’t want to expose our baby to harmful pesticides. We contacted Diagno and they were very professional and helpful. They answered all our questions and were very patient. These guys came in and honestly the water bugs were completely gone. Excellent service. They were able to book me for an appointment the next day. Turned up on time, removed shoes on entry and were very polite. They were also very good towards my cats and made sure they were not in any danger. He took time to find a very small wasps nest that was extremely well hidden - if he hadn't found the nest it would have turned into a much bigger issue. I will use them again for any pest control issues.

Hire them!!! It’s 100% worth the price! I almost never write reviews, but this place deserves all the stars it can get! Called about water bugs and they came in the next day and treated my entire apartment. I called them again after I spotted a mouse, and this time my voice was clearly shaky from nerves on the phone, but the scheduler was so kind and reassuring. Hussam came back in and caulked all foreseeable cracks and put little traps just in case. Both times he’s really calmed my nerves, explained everything I had questions about, and did such an in-depths and detailed job. I don't wanna jinx anything but I wanted to write them the great review that they deserve! By the looks of the other reviews, I don’t think I’ll be running into any problems :)

I found this company on Thumbtack after having a reoccuring issue with a squirrel being in my walls. I had previously paid another company 5 months prior who had claimed to had rectify the issue. Diagno was not only responsive to my inquiry but kept me informed about where the squirrel had gained entry on my roof and took pictures of the work they did to make sure it wouldnt gain entry again. They follow up in about a weeks time to make sure that you havent heard anything since and come with I think a 90 day guarantee of their work. I wished I had found them sooner and not paid the other company! Highly recommend them and promise they wont waste your time and will get the job done!
