I would like to thank Shawn Varchetti for all of the time he has given to me to answer every question by phone and email that I have had. He has answered all of my questions without making me feel that any of my questions were not important. He explained more than I even knew that I needed to know - about the problem of bats living in the attic of our home and hanging, outside under our porches. Shawn was personally recommended to us by friends when he worked on their home for their problem with bats last year, and I will be highly recommending him and D-Bug to anyone I know that needs service.
