About two weeks ago, we called Ceadarwood to help with our mice problem. He came, laid down poison, and was overall very helpful in quelling my fears of the mice in the home. He also gave us some very helpful tips on how to deal with them We haven't seen a mouse in over a week, and I'm pleased to say that none of our traps have been touched. We would definitely use their services again

This was horrible service. I called for roaches and he came out and sprayed and gave me dry poison to throw down as well. Told me it would take 5 weeks to notice completely notice results because I needed to wait for the eggs to hatch and the babies had to walk through the poison but within the time, I should see dead roaches. I saw a few dead roaches along the way but I am on week 4 and I have MORE roaches now than what I did before I called. The baby roaches have officially gotten BIGGER. Whatever his spray was...I swear it was nothing but sugar water. This was the WORST experience. I would never call them again.

Quick and efficient! I had a problem with ants in my new home, made an appointment and Rudy came out the day we scheduled. He was on time, knowledgeable and very personable. I haven't had any problems since. His wife was very sweet over the phone and made me feel comfortable, like talking to a friend. Awesome job and I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family!

He may help for a mouse or two. But his go-to line is "people usually never call me after I spray poison down" and it's basically cause he has nothing to say or capable of doing after that.

They were nice and quick and reasonably priced. Rudy and his wife were very attentive. We had some concerns that he listened to and he worked hard to satisfy what we wanted to have done. He is very timely and polite. His wife was quick to return phone calls. He came one day in the snow and it was very appreciated. We had problems with mice he used a product that I personally wasn’t comfortable with but he worked quickly to remove it in order to appease me and my worries about it. He explained other methods he’s able to use as well, it’s nice to know there are options!

I am very pleased with the services Rudy had to offer! I have a restaurant that's is downstairs from me that has occasional bugs and a neighbor that has an infestation of bed bugs!! Double Whammy! My landlord called Rudy who came out and got the job done! Very professional and informative. Got it done a few weeks ago bed bugs gone.. and the pizza shop has had several good deliveries and haven't see not one single bug of any kind. The reason I am writing this review, is because he is so very honest. I wanted to hire him privately for my own home but he said what I sprayed is good for 3 months and you have a follow up appt. So wait till that is done then hire me going forward!! In this city, that never happens. He will always get my busines and I will refer him to everyone I know :))

I've been using Cedarwood pest control for years for all my clients needs he's always on time he's always honest and in his report's. I've had him go out for termite jobs and he's told me no charge because there are no termites most guys would not do that they would say there's termites and treat it it's so good and refreshing to find someone that's honest.

Amazing service. Called late at night and they fit us in right away the next day. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions. Price was very good compared to the other pest control places. If I have anymore issues in the future this is the only place I'm calling.

Rudy knows his stuff. He rid us of our pest issues and we have not had an issues since. His prices were 75% less expensive than the next guy and $1200 less than the big boys. I would recommend him to anyone. In addition he is a Vietnam Vet so we all owe him. Try him first, you wont be sorry. If I can give him 10 stars, I would!!!

We called day after New Years which usually the following day is observed after a national holiday and most businesses are closed when the holidays fall over the weekend. Not only did Rudy come out to our house but he came within 45 minutes. Can't get much better than that!! He was helpful in suggestions on safe places to place the powder (poison) for a mice problem we encountered. He was patient with us as we pulled things out of our closets. Such a nice man and took the time to really help us. Thank you Rudy!

I was in search of a exterminator for a mice problem at my apartment. I called and spoke to Rudy’s wife who was really professional and took the time to explain to me what Rudy will do when he comes to my home. Rudy treated my apt for mice issues and explained the treatment that was applied. I def give them five stars.

I called the nice man he came !. Mices is reason for your visit I say ! The poison I have is the best and no one else have it . fast and safe mice only need to walk through it then they will die 7 to 10 days you will not c any of them He say . Call me if you need any thing $90 fee thanks have a goodnight said again 10 days later no changes I called him he say nothing I can do mice still there I did not c any of them dead .

Rudy was here less than 10 minutes to spray for bugs--Less than a month had a few more bug bites--saw two more bites flea like-- called him back and he tells me I prob have bed bugs $500 treatment -- My dermo dr told me they are not bed bug bites--get general exterminating which I had done by Rudy- I told him they were small black flea like bugs--then he said I need flea spray another $90--I have a 2 bdrm condo- He said he charges for wear and tear on his car --this guy lives about 4-5 miles from me-- thats why I called him--And he was available immediately, I should have known then-Also said if I had a prob he would come back- Now Wants more money for coming out ----!!! Told me Terminex would charge $400- NOT -DO NOT USE THIS GUY--THROWING YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW---His office is about 10 minutes from me and told me he has to pay for wear and tear on his car!!!!

First time needing an exterminator and I’m happy I called this company! They were quick to schedule to come to my home. Rudy was super informative and answered all of my questions. The problem was definitely taken care of, I haven’t seen a single thing since he left!
