Dom has saved us twice now this year from a termite/ant infestation combo to our shed, as well as most recently, a highly aggressive colony of yellowjackets by our sewer drain. I called him after normal business hours expecting to have to wait until the next day, so I left a voicemail. Dom called me back within 15 minutes, said he was in the area, and was at the house within an additional 10 minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable, giving me a step by step of what he is doing during the process, what repellents he is using, and what to do afterward. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled to have him as our pest control agent, and we will never go anywhere else for our pest elimination needs. Capasso is a family-owned business and the owner, Dom, is a military veteran, which motivates us even more to support him and his business, as our family has several members who have served our country. When I called him to discuss, he knew just what we needed and explained everything to me. He told me he would swing by at the end of the day to take care of it.
