I had so many ladybugs and tiny black Spring ants every year so a couple of years ago I decided to try the yearly pest control service from BJ Riley. I haven't had a problem since! I no longer see the centipedes I used to see in the basement either. The Bj Riley staff is courteous and professional. Worth every penny to me.

I've been with BJ Riley for almost three years now and they do what they say . They are very punctual on time estimates and very good with their pest control treatments. If I have a problem between quarterly appointments, all I need to do is call and they are usually there within the next day or two and at no charge.

Called at 2:00 on a Friday because of a hornets nest in the electrical box. Owner was extremely polite and informative on the phone. He sent one of his guys out, Michael, within a half hour. I was shocked. Michael was dressed professionally and greeted me with a smile. He explained what steps would be taken and that there was a "warranty " with the treatment. The bees are taken care of and it all happened in less than one hour. Now that's some superior service!!!

Leadership is lacking in this company. The owner is fair but by him listening to the lower echelon of people working there, instead of listening to the technicians, he makes his decisions based upon that, henceforth myself and others are no longer working there. Would’ve been a great career! I left there & earned my state license along with tons of certifications including parks and schools Purdue pest management university certification termite certification along with many others. His loss my gain!

expensive... tough to get a hold of. I didn't realize how pricey they were until I had work done this year by another contractor. $175 was the charge to TREAT one nest. This year I paid another local contractor $169 to take care of my entire property with a 1 YEAR warranty. AND the technician had more than 1 week under his belt! I had THREE nests this year. ALL are now non-active.
