We had Jonathan come to our home after midnight on a Saturday night after my wife spotted a mouse. I don't do mice and neither does she. He was patient, answered all our questions and was unbelievabley through. Their prices are average for exterminators and this service is well above average.

They are a horrible company. They never answer their phone and there exterminators are very disrespectful. They been to my house 6x and I still have the same problem. Asked them about the money back guarantee and they won't honor it. The exterminator comes out and does work for like 15 minutes. The are very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not go to the cheap route pay the money and actually get someone that can do the job right. 10/19/15 Baxter pest control is a horrible company. They lied to me once again. They called me saying they would offer me a refund after I had posted a review about them. 1 week later I call back asking for my refund they say they can't give it to me and also said they were not going to call me because I was not going to call them. They do not know how to run a business and I am letting everyone know please be aware of what they are getting in to before they request their assistance because it's not worth the hassle and to still have the problem is just ridiculous. Don't waste your time dealing with them they will just leave you high and dry at the end.

I had a wonderful experience with this company and Jonathan in particular. He was extremely polite and helpful on the phone as well as in person. He clearly explained to me all of the places in which we needed to cover in order to prevent mice and was able to help in the most cost effective way possible. He took his time to really evaluate where the mice were coming from and explain what was happening. I even left him at my home alone, and he managed to lock the door on his way out without being asked to do so. Very polite, sweet guy who is so helpful!

We noticed mice over the weekend, so we went out and bought traps, dcon bait boxes and bags of steal wool. After catching 6 mice, we thought it was time to call a expert and get an opinion of what we did so far. And also what must still be done, so we don't see any more mice. My husband and I called Baxter for the first time today and had an amazing experience. Both the receptionist and the technician were very professional. We feel confident that the technician (don't remember his name) found areas that were important and closed them for us. Service was detailed and very good communications overall. We would recommend this place to anyone and everyone for mice fixing.

I have had the best experience. I use Baxter in my rental property. I intially doubted because I used two previous exterminating companies and they did not work at all. Baxter came out and the tenants have not complained at all of rodents. Customer service is great!!!!

I am so happy with Baxter pest control. Our exterminator went above and beyond, not only sealing more mouse holes than we even knew we had, but cleaning the droppings with special equipment to make sure our house was safe and sanitary. He returned two weeks later to double check his work and fill more holes in our basement. Would definitely use again if we ever have another problem

A house 4 doors down from me was knocked down. I never had a rat in my home and now suddenly one appears. From the time I called Baxter Pest Control, the receptionist was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a great conversation with plenty of laughs. The only reason I gave Baxter a 4 star is because I had service on 7/8/18 and I am hope to see some type of result. The gentleman that came out was very nice. Always had a smile and very informative. Just from what I experienced with Baxter’s services I would highly recommend them again. Also, my house smells great from the peppermint oil spray they used.

Great experience overall!! Text alerts were accurate and helpful. Johnathan was on time, very respectful, and did an excellent job. I had to leave for an appointment shortly after he arrived, so he was left with my husband who was tending to our baby. He did not cut any corners and did everything that was expected from an exterminator and more. Filled any crack or holes in our foundation and interior. Sprayed inside and out. So worth the 4 visits a year if you compete an online quote, the damage winds up being less than $100 per visit. I am relieved that Baxter will be returning in a few months and can keep me reassured that my family and I are pest and insect free in our home ; )

BUYER BEWARE!!! I've had to file complaints against this company with Consumer Complaints PA Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau for failure to provide the following services as stated in the their contract: I purchased Baxter Pest Control Healthy Pest Free Complete one (1) year contract for $324. The contract state: provides year-round protection from a large number of the most common home-invading pests, including ants, cockroaches, mice..., etc." The contract also states: "Also included in the plan are any free emergency service visits. We understand that you may encounter pest problems in between one of our seasonal visits. If that is the case, all you have to do is pick up the phone and call. We'll come right out, at no cost to you." I have contacted Baxter on multiple occasions for pest control services for "common home-invading pests" to no avail. Almost a month has passed and I have heard absolutely nothing from this company, leading me to deal with this issue on my own. SHAME ON BAXTER PEST CONTROL. First of all my complaint has nothing to do with the mouse/dishwasher issue. My complaint solely addresses "common home-invading pests." Secondly, I have the phone log documenting my initial call to you, intercepted by your answering service (as you do not keep standard, operating business hours) on September 15, 2018 at 4:11 p.m., about this issue. I also have the email chain documenting the exchanges on September 15 and 16, 2018. Thirdly, since you ignored by requests and failed to honor your contractual obligations (causing me an additional expense to deal with this problem on my own), I would like a refund. It's a shame that it took all of this to FINALLY get your attention.

Baxter Pest Control diagnosed and resolved our squirrel issues in about 24 hours. After dealing with other companies, we were told and sold many things that were wrong and didn't help us. No one even knew what we were dealing with except Baxter. Within 30 minutes, Jonathan (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!) surveyed the house, laid out my options, diagnosed the issue and found the entry point. He was fast, knowledgeable, clean and courteous. I felt better after just talking with him. We exchanged phone numbers and he has been very willing to help in any way...something that I can honestly say is not the case for other pest companies. Jonathan at Baxter will be our first call if we ever have to deal with a situation like this again.

This is my first review- hope it's helpful:) Well it all started with a frantic call from the tenant in my rental property saying she saw bedbugs! Now this was more than a little disturbing to me since I use part of the same property for storage. Just the thought of those creepy things in my stuff made my skin crawl! Before this I heard about bedbugs but I never actually saw one of those things! I immediately began my online exterminator search and after calling a number of different companies, I settled on Baxter Pest Control. The service rep took my info and explained the service options to me. I asked her to call the tenant directly to explain how she needed to get ready for the service and she said she would. I wanted to make sure she had the right info. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day - what a relief that was! I asked if I could get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I could meet the technician at the property and she said no problem. Now on the day of the appointment I met them at the property and after a thorough inspection they did the treatment and gave the tenant info to call for follow up. I have to say these guys were prompt, professional and thorough and the cost of the service was more than reasonable. I haven't got any more calls so like they say "no news is good news"! Hope you never have this problem, but if you do, I would definitely recommend these guys!

Awesome and fast service. My husband and I have several rental properties; had an issue with pest over the summer, Johnathan (the tech) was amazing. He took the time to talk to us about the problem, exterminated with pet friendly chemicals and thankfully we had not had an issue since. I had an exterminator from a different company come out on a Tuesday because I found mouse droppings in my new apartment. He did his thing and assured me I wouldn't be seeing any mice. Imagine my surprise, then, when I woke up on Friday night to see a mouse running across my floor. After screaming, immediately evacuating my apartment and spending the night at a friend's house, I spent Saturday trying to get in touch with an exterminator to come out that weekend (my previous exterminator wouldn't visit until Tuesday...major side eye...). I left a message with Baxter Saturday morning requesting an appointment; I had to call a couple of more times, mostly because I was in a full on panic, but by the evening, I got a call back from Michael, who set up a 7 am appointment for the next day. That was great news because it meant I could have this fixed in time for a good night's sleep Sunday, before heading back to work Monday. Michael called me in the morning to let me know when he would arrive; when he did, he was extremely thorough and found many holes that my previous exterminator missed. He quoted me a fair price that included a guarantee, then went to work spraying my apartment with a scented deterrent, treating the holes, stuffing them with steel wool and caulking the holes shut. He even boarded up the pipes under my bathroom cabinet and pulled everything out of my closet to find two holes in the corners. The whole thing took about 90 minutes and he only charged about $100 more than my other exterminator, who was only at my place 30 minutes and whose work obviously left something to be desired. Honestly, for a Sunday visit and peace of mind, I gladly would have paid any price. I'm so terrified of mice that I have recurring nightmares about them, but I actually feel confident enough in Michael's work that I know I'll be sleeping soundly tonight.

I found Baxter Pest Control to be reasonably priced after getting two much higher costing estimates for the same problem in the shed kitchens waited two weeks to write this in the event the lesser costing service was not as effective. But I haven't seen a roache since Baxter came. Weeks prior I would see about two a day. Now I see none and I have been watching. For professional, low cost and effective, I recommend.

Squirrels qe had for years in our walls amd the mice qe once only had in the kitchen were being seen in our bedrooms. We called around and got three quotes. Baxter Pest Control sent a emailed quote and we went with them. They were the middle quote. We are happy we went with them. Kevin and Anthony from Baxter are amazing and are my new go to exterminators for squirrels and mice. They caught and relocated 7 squirrels tge first two days and we hace NOT seen a mouse sonce they started. We have had 8 days and nights of peace from rodents and hopefully counting. I am impressed with the responsiveness of the company. I placed a call on 02/02/19 and received a visit to my rental property the next day. My tenant nor I was sure what the issue may be. Jonathan assessed the situation and determined it was squirrel(s). Jonathan has been in communication with tenant regarding the issue. My tenant was super concerned initially and is more at ease knowing that a professional pest control company is on top of it! As the landlord, I am please as well.

Our condo board decided to call around for quotes for a emergency bed bug situation that was not at all gentle for faint hearts. Turns out a rental unit bombed and chased bed bugs everywhere. We called Baxter, and the price was fair, so we made a quick decision . No disappointment. Days after the services were complete, no one complained of bites or sittings. We called a week later and upgraded the warranty from three months to a year warranty. And that was a smooth transition as well. Nice to work with the people at Baxter Pest.

I didn’t think it was possible to feel so positively about a pest control company, but Baxter’s is hands down the best in the business. Let alone that the work itself is thorough, impeccable, and effective, but the customer service is beyond. The first time I called them was in a huge panic at seeing even just 1 cockroach in my basement. John came out right away, calmly talking me through all there was to know, exactly what he was doing, and giving me honest recommendations - I would have paid ANYTHING for peace of mind at that point, and he actually talked me OUT of things! Since then he’s been a staple on our block, even coming out after midnight one night when my neighbor and I returned home to a swarm of roaches on the sidewalk in front of the house and called him in a panic. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Johnathan came in the first half hour of the 2 hour window the office gave me. He is such a nice human being, first of all and secondly, he is thorough and knows his business. He took his time in doing the inspection and found 3 areas that were suspicious. Fortunately the terminite damage he found was not active. He treated one area just to be sure and filled the holes in the other two areas where he had to poke holes. Such a pleasure doing business with Baxter. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It could not have been a worse time for our mouse problem to increase. We used traps, dcon, natural bucket and traps and it worked for a while. But, it is now the holidays and we needed a solution fast. We called around to find out what else could be done other than what we tried and it didn't seem worth the cost to continue trapping the mice. My sister lived downtown and said Baxter closes the holes. So, we called them and they did just that..... The exterminator was very thorough and assured us that the holes were all closed up. All Closed up? Fingers crossed. No more need for traps? Fingers still crossed. I'm very happy about that and pleased.
