We called a nationally known exterminator first but it became obvious all they really wanted to do was get us signed up on a monthly service plan. Then we called All County and Jim came out in a couple days. He came first thing in the morning to accommodate our schedule and by the time we got home from work the bees were gone! No pressure, no hassle, no sales pitch... he just came to get the job done at a fair price.

I had a rental that I was afraid had termites. I decided to go with All Country because they had a 5 star review. I was a little nervous because 10 years ago we did have an issue and it cost us $900 to fix it. Anyone could easily come out and convince me I had a termite issue whether or not we did. James Raifsnider kindly came out and did an assessment for us. This was his reply: "The damage at the top of the basement stairs is not from termites, but rather a wood boring beetle. The damage appears to be old, and I am not recommending treatment at this time for that issue." He charged us absolutely nothing to come check it out for us. He didn't treat for something that wasn't there just to put money is his pocket. I totally trust All County Termite & Pest Control. I also appreciated how responsive and punctual he was.

Great company experience. We noticed what looked to be termite damage in our home. After searching we found All county and I am glad we did. We got a quick response return phone call and a immediate appointment to have things checked. We did learn that we had termites and were totally clueless to what to do. Jim from All county went over everything professionally with us. Between the communication and ease of setting up treatment it made a bad situation more tolerable. We had a major Mayfly problem as we are right on the Susquehanna river. We have an attic apartment on top of our business and they were complaining of mayflies getting inside some how into the closets. Couldn't find bigger pest control company who would specifically look into it. Found All County online and now we are on a quarterly plan where they come and spray for everything. I get a notice before they come & spray & have found nothing but professionalism, have been using them for 3 years. No complaints in that time.

Had a problem with humidity in my basement. I tried all kinds of dehumidifiers from Lowes, Home Depot etc over the years. Then I met Jim (the owner). He explained to all the ills associated with basement humidity including bugs. I was shown a Horizon Dehumidifier. The specs were as good, if not better than the Sante Fe Dehumidifiers I had heard about. It has been running trouble free for two years and does an outstanding job! Fewer bugs, no mold and a clean environment. Thanks Jim!
