Simmons and Crowe have been keeping us SAFE since we moved to Albany. Both my son and I are anaphylactic to stinging insects so keeping stinging things away is huge for us. Speedy response. Effective and lasting results. Always on top of innovative ways to tackle our problems. It's a hike for them to come to Albany and yet they cheerfully do so!! I wouldn't use anyone else, ever. Family owned. Super friendly. Simply the best! Highly recommend :-D

I meant to give them a review for a long time but kept forgetting. I found them at Angie's List website a few years ago and used them a couple times for my rental houses. My Beaverton rental house ant problem went away after their first services. But the other house, the carpenter ants were recurring after a few months later, and I knew they were hard to get rid of. I called them a few times and could not get hold of them. Later when I could get hold of them, the receptionist apologized and told me why they could not answer the phone for a while. She sent the technician right away and took care of the ants. I used their services a couple times and both of them are excellent.

I have used this company for a couple of years. I continue to be impressed at how thorough they are in taking care of what we need. We have a dog and we have mice - trying to find a solution that gets rid of the mice and protects the dog was something that they came through with. This isn't just a spray / bait and be gone - Earl was thorough in going around the house and blocking any access ports that rodents were using to get in. He set traps for the mice and came around every month to check them and look for more. He gave us specific things we could do to also help control our pests. I have been frustrated with stinkbugs for a few years and am eager to have them come out and treat for those - we are really tired of these invaders!

Once paid, they do not return calls, miss appointments repeatedly & consistently and do not call to reschedule. Left a dead rat in my bedroom closet. Found it a couple days later due to smell. Left a mess with foam in my front yard. Failed to complete preventive work specified, failed to eliminate pests. The few times they came out, with long gaps in time, I had to chase them, now, no response for three weeks. Notice their emergency number is taken off their voicemail so not just me. Paid them in Feb of 2017, still waiting for contract to be honored. Lots of excuses, little performance. It seemed up front that Earl knew his business, but that matters little if he will not perform or even communicate. Very disappointing.
