When I email or call the office because some creepy crawly outsider has decided to make my home theirs, my calls or emails are handled quickly and Richard usually shows up that day or the following day this company is stellar and by far the best I've ever used, I will never use anyone else!!

I recently started using PDX Pest Control at my home for an infuriating ant problem. They were persistent to say the least. The tech showed up at the appointment time and immediately got to work. He explained the whole process and the follow up. It is wonderful to know that they come out and spray the exterior without me having to take time off work to be there! The service they provided worked immediately, which was incredibly impressive since this has been an ongoing issue for as long as I can remember. Since I had such a great experience with them, when it came time to find an exterminator for some issues at my work place I immediately thought of them. I did have to check out other places, but the fact that they were on of the top companies in my area and had great prices really helped sway my decision. They came out right away and assessed the situation and gave me a run down of the process. Each time they come out they have a great attitude, and answer any questions I have. I also find it really nice that I can speak with Tyler directly when I call and don't have to wait and play phone tag. I would definitely recommend them, and will continue to use them!

Tyler is amazing! I am pregnant with twins and I tried literally everything to get rid of the fleas in my house after we got rid of our cats and they were just multiplying faster than I could kill them! And they were eating me alive. I called tyler and he came out the same day and got rid of all of them! I waited a few weeks to give him a review because I was so scared they were gana come back and we haven't had any! Plus he gave me a great deal so it was wayyyyyyy better priced than everyone else I called. We definitely recommend him if you are having trouble getting rid of any unwanted roommates! Great company to work with. Tyler was out the same day to kill a yellow jacket nest that was 30+ feet off the ground and they returned to remove the nest and clean everything up. After calling several other companies and being told I would have to sign up for a long term contract, PDX Pest Control was by far the best choice. I will call them again anytime we need pest control!

Would not recommend. Got the recommendation from another exterminator that didn't have time to come out. He was quick to call to figure out what the problem was and when we had availability for him to come out. Because of work scheduling is not easy, he was quick to say yes to schedule the time I needed. I was specific in asking for the time of appointment so everything else would line up. No problem. I received a confirmation email soon after the text and i was feeling good about it after all he was saving the day for us. 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time there was still no one at our home to take care of the flea problem. I texted and asked if he was almost here because the dry time was going to cut into getting my young children home and in bed at a decent hour. He called me about 5-10 minutes later and said he could not get ahold of his tech but that when the office schedule it, they gave the tech a window of 4-5pm so his tech may have though he had until 5 to show up. I expressed my concern about it being too late but I'd keep in touch when i heard from the tech. At 4:55 I got a call from the tech. He apologized and said he locked his keys in his truck early this morning so it pushed his whole day back later than he wanted. Fine. I confirmed with my husband that we would still go ahead and risk the dry time because we had already prepped the house for this and didn't have time the rest of the week to have someone else out. He arrived a little later than he said. Was quick. Only 15 minutes. Efficiency is still up in the air, we will see in a month. Once done the tech then told my husband he couldn't call because his phone was also locked in the truck so that story didn't line up with what he told me. At this point I text Tyler and he is not apologetic or empathetic to the situation that they put us in. A little communication would have gone a long way and I was trying to express that but he is ignoring my concerns and complaints. The job is done and that's all they care about. I would advise everyone to steer clear because they just dont care about the customer.

I called several companies for quotes and PDX Pest Control is clearly the most professional pest control service in the Portland, Vancouver, and Camas areas. They returned my call immediately and scheduled the estimate for the very next day. Here's the best part... I received a several thousand dollar quote from a competitor for a rat infestation remediation. PDX Pest informed me that I indeed did not have an infestation (possibly just a 'visitor') and closed up my crawl space holes for a very reasonable and affordable fee. I highly recommend this honest and professional company!
