I cannot praise them highly enough!! They got back to me quickly, were able to come right away, and solved my 5-days-long dilemma within seconds! They were courteous, thoughtful, professional, and effective! I had a Northern Flicker stuck in my wood- burning stove, and was at a loss, after making 15 phone calls over 5 days. I should have called them first! Animal control wouldn't enter a residence, all other "critter getters" wouldn't deal with a woodpecker, and Audubon doesn't do rescues! Each told me to try the others, while this poor creature was back and forth between the chimney and stove (with fresh food and water daily). Tyler with Morgan's Pest Management was on time and efficient-- in under a minute, he was able to free the bird and it flew out the front door, unharmed. My hero (and the woodpecker's, I'm sure!)!

Support small businesses! The only company we have encountered who actually 'solves' pest control problems (without drilling holes in our wood cupboards to do so). They also instruct us on what we can do on our end to keep mice from entering the structure and not just poison them once they are there. We both think Tyler is the kindest, most polite young man. Morgans pest management are courteous, prompt, professional and always wear booties before walking on our carpets! (thank you!) They drive to us even though we are out of their normal service area. Morgan is very knowledgeable on pest control issues and shares them in great detail if you are interested in knowing. Never changing providers! Did we mention affordable service? Yes, that too!

Ditto to the previous review. I've had a couple of bad experiences with pest control "contracts" and interpretations of those contracts so I went into this very guardedly. Morgan was awesome. Prompt, took his time to do the job right, was clear with estimate of cost and took a lot of time explaining to me what he was going to do and how he was going to follow up. No contract was signed, but you can bet I'll be continuing my relationship with Morgan's Pest!

They were really courteous of my situation. I moved in to a new-to-me house that came with a major spider problem. I have a 2 year old who was covered in bites! Horrific nightmare! Morgan's set the appointment for them to come first thing in the morning, as we were leaving for work, so we didnt have to be stuck waiting around after work for the poison to air out! Morgan, you're literally the best pest control and service company I've ever worked with. My tenants had problems w/ insects inside the home. You spent time to give a free estimate, identified the insects, educated my tenants and me about them as being beneficial insects and where in their life cycle they were and how they were really not a problem. You calked up the hole where the little ones came in and offered a pesticide free solution to the problem and made EVERYONE happy. The communication was prompt, thoughtful, and always accurate. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I'm so happy in fact, I'm hiring you guys to come work on the ant and spider problem around my own home. Morgan is 10/10. I absolutely recommend him and would use his services again in a heartbeat!

I didn't ever think that a company could eliminate the stink bug and box elder beetle infestation at my home. We used to work with Morgan years ago when he was with another pest company and liked him so much we hired him for our country home when he started his own company.
