Another successful trapping day! Mike H is a great professional. Very thorough, quick and efficient. He had trapped 3 rats in the crawl space. Thankfully none in the attic, thanks to his suggestions on sealing up the rodents access points last year. Watched him spray for spiders and watched them drop dead. Thank goodness, I don't like spiders. And the ant problem last year, all gone. No more ant party in the kitchen. I have 3 dogs and he is sure to close & latch all the gates so they wont get out. We are happy with our service. The young men that perform the work are very pleasant and accommodating to questions, etc. we had a lot of ants, and one treatment took care of it. Also lots of wasp nests around the eaves and spider pods. The first time they came, all of the above were taken care of. Now it seems to be more preventive as we don't really have infestations between calls. It isn't inexpensive but we are very satisfied with the representatives of the company and the lack of pests around our house.

The sales rep that came to my house specifically said that there was no cancellation fee if we were unhappy with our first service as long as we cancelled before the first payment. I called to cancel since we were not happy and the manager on duty at noon on 8/12 tried to charge us a cancellation fee. I explained what the sales rep said and the manager admitted that he "did not fully explain things to get a sale but it put her in a bad position". She continued to argue and was extremely rude. Do not trust this company. They do not follow through with their customer calls and their product does not work.

By far the best service in the area!! They are so thorough in everything they do. If you have any issues they will be at your door to correct them ASAP. Mid summer of 2017 I noticed increased rat activity and they were out the next day checking bait traps and added another. Going on two years using them, plan to continue a lifetime.

Brennan came and sprayed outside my house in Eugene. He got rid of lots of spider eggs, webs, and wasps nests. He was very courteous and took the time to explain what he had done and gave me a walk through when he was finished with info I needed to know, like to keep my dog inside for the night in case some lingering wasps were still hanging around. All in all it took around 30 minutes or so. He was really good with my dog who would not stop barking the whole time he was working outside (sorry about that)... A lot of people jokingly bark back which makes it worse, but he made an effort to patiently introduce himself to Gooby instead of being obnoxious. Awesome and friendly service, very prompt and quickly taken care of, and great with my yappy little ankle biter. I'll be using Insight Pest Solutions from now on.

We are so pleased with this company. They listened to what insects we have been seeing and did exactly what we needed using pet and child friendly pesticides and at a very reasonable cost. In addition, if we have ANY problems during the expected time the product is effective, we only have to call and they will come out and spray again. We have been invaded by wasps this year building nests in our eaves! We have knocked them down and sprayed many many times already! We both have been stung and our grandchildren are constantly running from them because they are so aggressive! Matt, our extremely knowledgeable and friendly exterminator, explained wasps leave behind pheromones to mark where to come back to. He knocked down 5 nests and sprayed a dust that covers those pheromones so they cannot find their way back, and a pesticide to kill them! That alone is worth the money to us!! Thank you Matt, for keeping us safe and doing it with a smile!

They come out quarterly and if you see a surge in pests before their quarterly visit they will make a free visit out to take care of the problem. So far, everything has been awesome. This place is a total scam I would give it negative review if I could. They do absolutely nothing and charge way way too much. They get you by saying the first charge is $75 which is an average price but if you don't use them again they claim that the first initial cost would have been $300. That would be completely ridiculous for the 10 min. of work the guy did. And It had no effect what so ever!! still had spiders everywhere still had wasps nests!! Did Nothing!! TOTAL SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!

I asked him if he had boot socks to cover his boots but he said he usually takes it off and you know that when you come into an Asian house...lol. Joe Mann was AMAZING!!! Such a great inspector, took his time, incredibly detailed, very friendly and considerate (didn’t ring the doorbell since we have a newborn) and educated us on his practices and cautions. I have always appreciated insight (3 years) but Joe had really left an impression on our home. We’re also in the middle of major renovations and a lot of chaos with kids everywhere and family visiting; he maneuvered freely and without issues through all that chaos and delivered an excellent experience. Let me start by saying how happy I am that an insight rep knocked on our door. JOSH informed us that they were having an amazing promo for current neighbors of insight clients, he was very courteous, detailed and informative. When I told him what our issues were he was very hands on with looking into it, he got down in our crawl space to check it out - and he had his good jeans and nice shoes btw! So that tells me a lot about the type of person he is and the company he works for. He didn't just listen and assume and pushed their service. He actually checked all areas of concern and pointed them out to me whether It was a valid concern or not. He didn't come off as a know it all, which is one of my issues with other companies who make it seem like our concerns are nonsense and shut us down with a load of "I know better than you". Josh was patient in explaning everything from causes, worries, solutions and the process of their service. I was very pleased. It was a professional and also a personal level of sales talk rather than a pressure rush talk just to get a contract signed. He made sure we understood everything and if we had any questions. Thank you for introducing insight to us Josh, and thank you for your service. Fast forward to day of service. Our pest guy was Logan. I truly am impressed with how the employees carry the company image, Logan was dressed and spoke professionally. Immediately asked what our areas of concern was, and was not afraid to ask questions. He was thorough and quick to answer my questions as well, and gave me a detailed run down of what he was going to do. Thank you Logan! Thank you Insight!
