I have had an ongoing pest control contract with EcoCare for years and have always been very happy with their service. When we bought a new house, it came with a pre-paid pest control contract, so we tried it out for a while. The difference in results was astounding. It was not long before we hired EcoCare to get things under control. We restarted service with Brandon, who specializes in rodent control. He did an extensive cleanout in our crawl space and made sure we had a long term plan for ensuring the space would not be invaded again. I feel 100% confident that our quarterly treatments and monitoring with Brandon and EcoCare will keep the pests and rodents away from our home, but in a manner that uses an appropriate amount of control products that are safe around my dogs and kids. I would highly recommend them to anyone with pest or rodent control issues!

We started working with EcoCare last fall after hearing the pitter patter of squirrel feet in our attic. Turned out that we had a little bit of Cinderella situation going on up there with squirrels, roof rats and mice all living in harmony. Unfortunately they were not helping with chores and braiding the children's hair, but were instead incessantly breeding. Yay. Jimmy did an excellent job figuring out how they were getting in, which was not just via one spot, and methodically eliminating their entrance points. This included the unenviable task of climbing into our root cellar to seal off openings to our basement. Bless, Jimmy. I think I can safely speak for Jimmy when I say that he loves his job. And it shows. He is always on time, super careful to keep our house tidy, incredibly informed and just a genuinely nice guy. After dealing with the Cinderella situation in the attic, we are now on the maintenance plan and I am happy to report that we have no critters laying in wait for a pumpkin to be turned into a carriage. I am so pleased to have found Jimmy and EcoCare!

Ecocare implemented a treatment plan that has been put in place to solve a very difficult rodent problem. They have a specialist that was able to assess the problem and explain the steps that needed to be taken. He is very knowledgeable about the cause of the problem and the company is equipped to use many combined methods to abate the problem. After having to delete my first review of this companY, with that being said we are very DISAPPOINTED with this CompanY!!!! The first time theY came out, theY identified the problem saYing we had carpet and Flour Beetles in our Bathroom and LaundrY room. TheY then went ahead and spraYed our Home. A month later, we're still seeing an increase in the bugs in our bathroom.. I call again and theY schedule the same guY to come out and spraY again. This time he Pokes Holes in our Bathroom and Laundry Room walls and spraYs.. Another mo th goes bY and low and behold, Yep, more Damn bugs... I call again this time quite upset and was told that Eco Care "DOES NOT" Guarantee the Removal of Carpet Beetles, (was supposed to be a 12 month guarantee)but as a CourtesY theY would send the Tech out Yet a Third time, This time on JulY14th and the guY showed up at 8:30 am on June 12th.. No notice.. MY husband told him to come back when he Was Scheduled.. Forward to 2 daYs ago... So manY bugs still.... This is 3 months and $300. Later.. I'm at mY wits end... We call Terminex to come out and take a look... Not onlY did Eco Care NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM, THEY Miss Identified the Problem we have... No Carpet or Flour Beetles , We have Drugstore Beetles!!!! Terminex was verY surprised that Eco Care OnlY spraYed our crawl space with some powder and did Not actuallY even go under the house!!! Here's to hoping our Bug problem is finallY taken care of after we had to spend an additional $360.00 todaY!!!! So Thank You Eco Care for Nothing and Scalping us for $300.00 Your Deceptive Practices Should take You Far!!!! And this is not the only place I will put this review... I'm done (but not done with You Yet)

I booked with EcoCare after talking with their representative on the phone and sharing that I had a little one and was pregnant. I explained that I wanted the safest and minimal amount of product to be used. I was told that the product they used was the “synthetic of the chrysanthemum” and was very safe. When the gentleman showed up to treat my property, I confirmed that the product he was using was the synthetic of the chrysanthemum and he said the granules that would be spread were but that the sprayed product was Termidor. This is the same product that all of the other companies that I got quotes from also use but I chose EcoCare because I thought I was getting a safer product. Termidor was never mentioned when I expressed my concerns and I feel that I was purposely mislead because of my concerns about being pregnant. I had a quote for $100 cheaper from another company that I wish I would have gone with. The business name and dishonest employees lead you to believe that they are a more environmentally friendly and safe company, but they are using the same products as everyone else at a higher cost. I will not be using EcoCare again.

Very friendly and professional. I spoke with several people in the office who helped me with pricing and scheduling. When I was ready to book a date I was able to have someone come out within one week. Jimmy arrived at the scheduled time. We walked around the house and he explained what he would be applying and where. Out issue is spiders galore inside and out. I appreciate the product being used is safe and environmentally friendly. Important for us as we have pets. In addition to spraying he also sprinkled granules around our plants. So far so good. It has been three days since the product was applied and we have had no issues!

This company was super friendly and helpful. I first used the text service to ask a few initial questions and they were prompt and informative in their response. The expert quickly identified which pest he thought I might have based on a photo I texted, and he sent information about it. They offered to come for a free inspection and I opted for it. They were on time, did a thorough inspection, and spent quite a bit of time answering all of my questions. We found the main source of my issue pretty quickly and I opted to move forward with removal and cleaning on my own, but if the issue persists, I’ll definitely call these guys back. I rarely post reviews. But felt compelled because EcoCare just truly is fabulous. I have carpenter ants. Odorous house ants. Pavement Ants. I don't mind occasional ants in the house and believe outdoor ants are beneficial to our soil environment. Things escalated when I required a portion of my foundation sill plate to be replaced because it had been completely eaten away by carpenter ants. I was scared. I had an initial consultation with Ecocare that was so thorough, helpful and educational. It was a comprehensive, full 360 view at how my outdoor environment was contributing to my indoor environment. My first treatment was again above and beyond with regards to thoroughness and helpful educational information. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and completely respectful of my home environment. I feel more educated as a homeowner because of Ecocare. I feel like I'm back on track with a good healthy plan to get my carpenter ant situation under control in a manner that is safe. Thank you so much Ecocare!! Wow! These guys are super knowledgable! At least the technician that came to my house, Jimmy, was. I had two other pest control companies come to my house trying to figure out what kind of critters had invaded the crawl spaces in my attic. One said it was probably mice, the next was certain it was carpenter ants. They couldn't have been more WRONG. Jimmy from Eco-Care was meticulous in his inspection of my house. He listened carefully for sounds in the attic, got up on the roof, found entry points behind my chimney, and even identified poop to conclude the infestation was probably bats. He told me to go out later that evening and showed me where to look to see if bats would come out to hunt in the night. Sure enough, when it started to get dark, bats started to fly out from behind my chimney. Nice detective work, Jimmy!

Brandon’s knowledge of rodent behavior is PhD level. He is super informative and professional. He is also super responsive. I am about to put my house on the market and needed to move forward quickly with treatment for mice. Brandon came to my house for an assessment on a Thursday. He usually doesn’t work on Saturday but he was willing to set me up with extensive traps throughout my house two days later, on a Saturday, in order to get the 3-month process started as quickly as possible. What struck me about his approach is that he just doesn’t want to put a band aid on the problem, he wants to get to the root of it. He strives to forever eradicate the issue. I don’t take it lightly giving a company a 1 star review. It’s actually taken me months to decide if I should write this review or not. So we had a rodent problem and Jimmy came out and patched up all of the open spaces under our house and got rid of it for us (including leaving bate stations) I was SO grateful for this company. For this part of their job I give them a 5 star. We were using Aptive for our spider/bug problem (we live a few houses from an open field) When we saw how great EcoCare Pest Solutions was with getting rid of our mice, we decided to switch to them for our spiders/bugs too. My main concern that I had asked Aptive and EcoCare Pest Solutions was if their products would make my dogs sick. Both companies assured me the dogs would be safe. Within hours our two dogs (16 and 18 pounds) both got super sick (diarrhea, non stop puking, super lethargic and sick) At that time I didn’t connect the dots of why they were getting sick. The next time they sprayed our dogs got sick again. I called the company and spoke with them. Then again a few months later the same thing happened. I called the company and they reassured me that their product is not what was making my dogs sick. So we got our yard treated a few months later. Our dogs got sick again! I spoke to the owner who again reassured me that their products DO NOT make dogs sick. They said there was no way it could make my dogs sick. I decided that there was a pattern I could not over look any more. That was end of Jan/beginning of feb 2019. It’s now the middle of July and guess what....My dogs have not gotten sick since we stopped getting sprayed. I’m not leaving this review to put down the company or the people. They were very nice people and worked hard. I’m leaving this review because I want other pet owners to be aware and not have to put their pets thru what I put my pets thru. I would like to add that they did do their job and get rid of my spiders though.

We were customers of EcoCare for 1 year exactly before canceling. In that year they were never fully able to address and rid us of our carpenter ant problem. We showed great patience with them, one year, and then moved on to another company. When we did address our concerns with EcoCare technicians, about 8 months into our services, we were met with our house being to blame, i.e. the siding/trim of the house needing to be replaced to close gaps... therefore directly blaming the house as opposed to their services. They offer an oncall service, meaning outside of the quarterly service to maintain and spray, they will come out if you continue to see pests outside of your scheduled maintainance. I would say we had them out maybe 5 times maybe more (they can fact check this) outside of the quarterly spraying, with again no results. The real issue is you have ants all over your home- for us it was our children’s room... after spraying multiple times...and then when you use the “on call” they are so busy they are 5-7 days out before they can address. For reference our new company is back out within 24-48 hours guaranteed. Note, the receptionist is as kind as can be and the technicians were also very kind and respectful. The people are not the problem. The missing stars are because they can’t get the job done at the end of the day. I wouldn’t waste your time or money. The new company we are with has already gone miles beyond with treatment to our house, treatment options that EcoCare never addressed or offered.

We had a large rat infestation in our yard that was booming out of control. Jimmy from Eco Care was a miracle worker. He got our rat problem under control, had tons of information, checked our crawl space thoroughly and repeatedly to make sure rats hadn't moved in from the yard, was lovely with our neighbor and convinced her to greatly curtail the food she was leaving out for wildlife (the reason rats had moved in). Eco Care is not the cheapest solution, but they sure know what they are doing. I was having an epic rat situation both in my yard and living in my crawl space.I had tried several other pest control companies and had exhausted all of my DIY tricks. It was very traumatizing!
