So... my re-re-service was scheduled today, Monday 6th, and 30 minutes before anticipated arrival I was notified that it would be necessary to re-schedule. The additional photos are the ongoing development of nests as well as those that were missed during the re-service. Hopefully my re-scheduled re-re-service for 060819 will be more effective.

My experience with croach started off the most negative way possible. I wasn’t home at the time someone with the croach logo came and knocked on my door despite a no soliciting sign. I checked my security camera footage when I got home and noticed someone knock, walk down my driveway and pick something up towards the end of it, very very suspicious. I was definitely angry. The next day I saw a truck with the same logo servicing a house next door, I decided to approach him. The gentleman’s name was Ryan and he had no problem introducing himself, I asked him if he had been circling the block yesterday and did he knock on my door, he declined and said his sales team knocks doors he just services the home. I began to show him the footage and he agrees with me that it was out of the ordinary, he began immediately to call the sales person who knocked my door and took something from the yard. He was very apologetic, he let me know it wasn’t acceptable and offered to make it right. Even thou I have a company already for pest control, it was awesome to see someone take so much pride in supporting a business and not wanting to make even non customers upset. I appreciated his attitude about it.

I have been using this company for several years to mainly control a problem with mice. I switched to them from a company I was satisfied with - but for about the same price Coach offers the additional service of sweeping for spiders and their webs. This is no easy feat at my house due to very high roof peaks and gables. I live on a lake in a heavily treed area - mice, spiders and ants are an ongoing battle that doesn’t allow for letting up in the fight. If I had one complaint with Croach it’s that they do not send the same worker to my home - it’s always someone different. This means that each time they come I have to review my homes needs and my expectations with the worker. As well, there can be a big difference in the quality of the work being performed from one guy to the next. I have dealt with this by being sure I’m home at the time of the service and to review the work before the person leaves. This last service I was not able to check the work before the worker left - frankly, I was prepare to be disappointed. Instead - I was very pleasantly surprised. Jonathan has not only done a great job on the routine services, he went above and beyond my expectations - doing an extra thing or two. And, in my opinion- it’s the little extra that makes all the difference in good customer service. I hope to see Jonathan back servicing my home on a routine basis... but I won’t hold my breath. Unfortunately, it’s not up to me and it’s not up to Jonathan. Croach Scheduler - if you read this - please send Jonathan back my way!

"Doug" serviced our home today. This is the first time in many months that I was home when the technician arrived. Doug knocked on my door, introduced himself, and explained the services and products he would provide today. Very personable, friendly, and interested in the quality of service we are receiving from the company, Doug represent Croach in a professional manner. Croach has been my pest control service provider for a few years (since before they became Croach, actually...). I have found them to be very responsive, and have asked them on multiple occasions to come out of cycle to address seasonal issues like ants and spiders. They have been prompt to respond, and show up on time. Throughout the years, there have been one or two technicians who did not meet my expectations. A quick call or email to Croach brought fast resolution. I am a satisfied customer and recommend Croach to anyone looking for pest control services!

Initially, the service seemed great. They came out in-between scheduled services if there were issues as promised. In April 2019 I called to let them know I would not be renewing the contract. They took all of the information, and "noted" my account that after the final service in July the contract would be terminated. The contract was for 1 year, which would be done in July 2019. I received a phone call that stated I would be subject to early termination fees from a contract that I have fulfilled. They sent me an e-mail with a request to close my account, which was likely generated from the "notes" on my account from April. I responded back, letting them know everything had previously been discussed by phone and then I receive a voicemail letting me know I'm subject to early termination fees. Every time I call the office it is disorganized and no one is on the same page. Update: I spoke to Raquel who was laughing at me because of my frustration with their company. None of the so called pest control has worked period, and they still forced me to schedule the last appointment or pay an early termination fee which they refused to define. This service does not work and the customer service is garbage. The response from the owner appears to be auto generated and is the same for any negative review. If they reach out I will update this but as of now they have not.

Ben was absolutely amazing. He performed a thorough assessment before detailing to me, in his professional opinion, what he recommended. He treated the outside and inside of our home, checked the attick and crawl space, and subsequently placed the appropriate traps/bait boxes that were applicable to each space. He explained what each trap was for and why it was important to place them where he did. He also made a few recommendations for our home, pertaining to issues that he discovered, to keep any pests from entering our home. He was fantastic. In the past, I had used a different pest control service until a sales person from Croach (under a different name) knocked on my door. He pointed out 7 wasps nests, a large hidden bee hive and hobo spider webs. He called his team and they took care of it within the hour. That was 7 years ago and I have not had any problems since. Over the years, I have met several people from Croach. They have all been friendly and professional. This month, I had the pleasure of meeting Doug. He was friendly, thorough and professional. He did a great job. I had found a dead hobo spider under a chair in our outdoor playhouse and asked if he could spray the exterior and interior of the house. At the end, he had summarized everything he had done and told me that he did an extra spray under the chair. Thank you Doug for service and keeping our home bug free!

You told me that you would spray around the house for bugs and under the sliding on the house you did not do that at all. Not happy at all! C-Roach Emphasis on the roach. This is a horrible company and the service is sub-par. They use untrained and inexperienced kids rather than qualified technicians. Offer “free” re-service between treatments when you have problems, but it can take weeks to get them out and multiple calls. I requested a re-service via email twice and after 10 days they sent a salesman who “was in the area because all of our neighbors use them” instead of a technician. I had been with them for 10 months and they didn’t have record of it in the sales department. Also, all the neighbors he named were fake names because we now know them after living here for almost a year. They finally sent a tech who treat the area of complaint but failed to even walk the perimeter of the home as I found 6 active hives after their re-treatment. They would only offer to send someone out again and refused to make any other accommodations on the service. Beware of Roaches!

We have been with Croach for close to two years now. We have had nothing but outstanding service! John Mattson is our tech, and he has gone above and beyond when needed. Luckily, we haven't had any major pest problems. But on the few occasions we have had a mild issue (like wasps suddenly getting in our house) John was able to come take care of it almost immediately! I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else.
