We had found ourselves with a worsening problem in our North Portland home of rats being attracted to a neighbor's trash bins. Not only did we see rats in our yard, but it was clear that they had taken up residence in our attic space. Tim's extensive knowledge of how roof rats forage and nest was integral to the method he used to set up humane traps in the appropriate areas, as well as take the necessary and effective precautions to keep the rats from regaining access to any areas of our home. Tim's diligence, patience, and genuine concern for our health and welfare were absolutely worth the time and expense in making certain the rat problem was completely resolved. I would recommend Tim without hesitation to anyone with a critter problem!

Tim came out to help us with our resident squirrels. They had been in the house for some time as the previous owner had attempted to patch up holes, and they had damaged wires and ripped out insulation already when we bought the house. We had been torn as did not want to have them euthanised which most companies do, but wanted them out! Tim was really understanding, explained all the options and installed a 1-way door as an initial step to get them out. He thoroughly checked out the sidewall attic areas as well as the exterior of the house for other entry points, and recommended areas to patch up including taking photos to show where they had chewed other exterior wood on the house. He came back a bit over a week later, finished up all of the patching and so far so good. Hoping this keeps them and any other pests out but only time will tell!
