Great experience every time they come out. I first used their service for a mole issue. I got to talking to the guys about all the bugs and wasps that hang out near our windows and eves around the house and they recommended the quarterly maintenance program to tackle our above issue. It’s been a year now and happy to report the bug issue has been resolved. We recently could hear a mouse living in our attic. They came out and set two different food bait boxes at no charge (part of the maintenance program). Honest customer service goes a long way.

Running a restaurant is extremely challenging. It is easily the most difficult thing I have ever done in my life. Even if your staff is running 100% efficient and you have all your costs of goods in line, your always feel like your margins of profit don’t match the late hours you put into it. Add something as terrible as roof rats to the equation and it’s enough to make you want to pull your hair out. I knew that if the small town found out that we had a rat problem, we would be done for. Word of that would spread through out town and no one would want to dine with us again. All of my employees would have to find new jobs, our bills wouldn’t get paid, and the dream of running a successful restaurant would be lost. It was a nightmare. I lost weight because of the stress. I called Complete Exterminating and it was the best decision I made while running the place. They are a family business and VERY professional. The owner’s name is Ted and he treats YOUR problem like it’s HIS problem. First he let me know what kind of pest we had, then told me where they are coming from, and then what the plan was to get rid of these little devils. It was a process. But the line of communication was very strong. And he was extremely discrete. He would even park his exterminating van down the street so people who drove by didn’t see his van in our parking lot. Little things like that really matter in situations like this. We battled the rats for about 7 months. After the last rat was caught, we High Fived each other, he picked up his equipment and we have been rodent free ever since. Thank You Complete Exterminating!

Their natural product didn't work for my ant problem. I gave them a second chance because they were so nice. They came back and again, the ants returned pretty quickly- within a week or 10 days. Then the owner hung up on me when I called to complain that they just showed up and left a $75 bill on my door WHEN I DIDNT BOOK ANOTHER SERVICE CALL BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCT DIDNT WORK!!! Mister, don't hang up on me. I am a nurse who just had one of the worst days you can imagine.

OMG..... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP..... We just got a new cat and didn't really have a clue about his back ground, he was so loving when We meet him. We took him home and I let him free in the home and he ran right over to the air duct and tryed to open it to i guess hide. I taped them all closed but missed one, :( . The cat opened it and went in side and got stuck. I made close to 50 calls asking for help every one told me to call here and there. Well I got the owner of complete exterminating on the phone and asked for help.. he was so willing to help in any way. He asked his helped to come look, he went under my house and looked in vents, then the helper asked the boss to come help cause my cat was so stuck.. they got tubing and started putting it in there. Then my cat ran out . Omg he's safe . Wow them guys helped so much.. And the owner even drilled the vets to the ground.. omg.. thank you again

This service has no regard to property owner rights. They were servicing my daughters neighbor and just helped them self to her back yard. I happened to drive up when they were back there, their comment was " A lot of dog sh** back here and don't worry we aren't serving your house but your neighbors. Very rude older man!! Then my husband called to complain, he said it was a younger man working there and it was documented. So I called back to say it was not the younger man but an older man. Then the employee said Thank you and just hung up on me, didn't allow me to finish talking. RUDE!!

I called these guys the same day thinking I had rats in my home in SE Vancouver (near Camas) Ted answered my questions over the phone, showed up the same day, and discovered that I actually had squirrels invading my attic. I was extremely happy with the results and was treated very well. I would personally recommend Ted for any pest related problems - he seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. A+ service!

CE is the 4th mole exterminator service that I have hired (in 11 years) This time it was really bad, 37 new mole hills in our yard in about a week. Ted was very responsive and he explained the process to me and the costs. Ted seems to have a logical, well thought out process for how he attacked the moles (and it turns out voles too). 8 days later, 2 moles were dead. He continued to treat the voles in another area. I am really happy- he did a great job. The total cost was not out of line with other exterminators. He did a much more impressive job than any other exterminator service we have had. I would hire them again and again.

Had some scratching and clawing sounds coming from the attic for the last week and finally decided to call some pest control. I called up Complete Extermination Pest Control and got Ted on the phone who said he'd be over the next day between 9-11am. I got a call from him at 9:30am to confirm my address and he was over shortly. It's really nice when the person who you initially talk to you on the phone troubleshooting your problems is the same person that shows up at your door to fix your problems. Ted knew exactly what he was dealing with, knew what exactly what he had to do, and cut to the chase. Ted is very friendly, did a great job, gave me some tips on how to prevent the squirrels from getting back in, and is very fairly priced. I would recommend Ted to anyone.

I would highly, highly recommend Complete Exterminating's service. We have been with them for over 3 years now. They are professional, courteous, very reasonably priced (a great value!), and above-all, they really do focus on providing a great customer service for what can (but shouldn't) be viewed as more or less a commodity service. We first used them when we moved into our new home and had a sugar ant invasion (this was before they were our provider). They came out on an emergency call as we were leaving on a long vacation two days later, and promptly took care of that issue (no issues since). We've been with them ever sense and never had another pest issue arise. We also used them for a bird nesting problem (not their fault that it occurred), and they did a great job of cleaning that up and ensuring it wouldn't happen again. Overall, there is nothing more we could ask of them. They have a life-long customer with us for sure!

I am absolutely thrilled with the service we have received from Complete Exterminating! We ended up with ants.... they were bad. I was on the phone for 3 hours one afternoon calling every exterminating company I could find. All the big name ones and the local ones. When I called Complete Exterminating I was immediately impressed with how friendly they were and then thrilled to find out that their prices were even better that the big companies! They don't make you sign a contract for services, guarantee their work and had an opening sooner than any other company that I called. So I booked my appointment. The young man who came to our house was a joy! He was really knowledgeable, respectful and did a great job. Unfortunately as a little time passed the ants made a return. I called to ask them to come back within the 30 days that they guarantee. To be honest, I was a little worried about having a hard time getting them back out (because of experiences in the past with other companies), but he replied with "we'd be happy to come back out!" We have been ant free ever since! They just have the most amazing customer service! We look forward to using them on their 3 month maintenance plan for many years to come.
