We discovered a soft spot in the floor is a duplex. Turned out to be badly damaged by carpenter ants that had also migrated 20 feet and we're chewing away in the floor of the utility room. Robin, the technician did an initial treatment as soon as area was accessible, returned when it was time for the next phase and again a 3rd time to accommodate tenants pet. We could not have asked for faster, more responsive, friendly service.

This office doesn't exist. The company only has a Roseburg office, but they lie to make it seem like they're a more legit outfit. They also try to get friends and family to submit reviews to inflate their scores.

Spiders, Ants, and Bees? Oh My! HA! No longer! We have been using BugZapper for almost 2 years now at two different homes and the money used to pay for their services is some of the best money we have ever spent. Outside of the fact the spider, ant, and bee problems have been eliminated, interacting with Jacob and Penny is an absolute pleasure. I know that if I ever DO have a problem inside or outside the house, they are one phone call away and it will be taken care of immediately. Jacob is a well of 'bug information'...and bugs are kind of interesting when they aren't crawling in your house. I highly recommend them if you have a bug problem. They are very considerate of their customers, which in this day and age is a rarity, and are there when they say they are going to be there.

This company was a mess to deal with. I scheduled my appointment with the owner. He scheduled a 2 hour window. After explaining to him that I'm a realtor and the property is unoccupied he scheduled a firm appointment time and promised the tech would be there at the appointed time rather than a window. 20 minutes after I waited on site for the tech to show up I called the office. I was told he was running at least an hour late, but that he would be there soon. I explained I had a firm appointment time and couldn't wait another hour or I would miss my next appointment. I provided the office a code for entry. She promised to call the tech and take care of it. Some time later, I received a call from the tech asking where I was and how was he supposed to get in. I let him know that I had already made arrangements with the office and she said she was going to contact him. I provided him with the code and he did the inspection. They never sent me an invoice, even though I received another email from them. I'm managing many properties so I rely on proper invoicing. And by proper, I just mean receiving one. Months later I receive a phone call there's an outstanding balance. They've been sending the invoice to the vacant property even though they had my business address the entire time. The timeline for me to be reimbursed by the property owner is lapsed. Super unhappy with this company's lack of professionalism. Also, the other review is true. This is not a local company even though they advertise they are local. They are located in Roseburg.

The gentleman who came out were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and explained everything they would do in detail, asked if I had any questions. Also assured me if we saw any bugs at all they would come back out at no charge. We haven't seen any! Also its a pet friendly spray, our dog was fine (which was a concern of ours at first). Also the people in the office were very helpful in scheduling us asap. I would highly recommend them!

Seriously weird company. Like I felt ripped off. They did show up, the guy who came out seemed okay and I guess did a good job.. But the level of disorganization was staggering. Somehow the invoice they gave me had information on it that I never gave them, as though they were pulling it from the internet. They called me back and didn't know my name (they wrote it down wrong). The "owner" called me a month later and tried to get me to pay them AGAIN and insisted I didn't pay, even trying to guilt me saying they had families to take care of. I went back and checked my bank and confirmed that I did pay them. Something felt extremely shady about it all.

Called Bug Zapper to help, when a weatherization project for a low income family got stalled due to a ground bee problem. They responded promptly, professionally, gave us a great price, and solved the problem. Will definitely use them again.
