I cut down a bunch of trees around my house and carpenter ants moved in with me the next day. I called Jeremy and they came out and sprayed and it didn't kill all of them the first time. So I called him again and he came out and sprayed again with no problems getting him to come out. I no longer have any spiders or ants. Thanks Bug Shield

I love these people, they literally saved our Christmas! I called them a little over a week before Christmas because there was a powerful, strange and all around unpleasant smell taking over my mom's house. She suspected something might have gotten underneath the house and the smell kept getting worse every day. I was referred to Bug Shield by a friend and they were able to get to the house the very next day! They found a very large deceased opossum and promptly removed it and went the extra mile when it came to neutralizing the odor. It was instantly so much better and they even gave us tips on how to help things get better faster. Within a few days you would have never known our Christmas was in danger, and that is a miracle, because before they came it was so strong!!! Thanks to them my parents were able to breathe easy, quite literally. They did everything so fast and a a refreshingly affordable price too. I can't stress enough how they are worlds apart from every other pest control company I have experienced. They care, and it shows in everything they do. My parents say they are bug shield customers for life and have already told all of their neighbors what a wonderful job they have done. If I ever have pest trouble, I know I won't hesitate to call them, and will always feel good referring someone to them. Sorry for this being long winded, I almost never write reviews for anything, and wanted people to know just how happy I am with the service and care received. Thank you Bug Shield again and again, for saving our Christmas!

Friendly people, affordable pricing and quality product. Their response time was prompt and although it required several follow-up visits to get our massive ant infestation under control, these additional treatments were covered in our service agreement (so no additional charge.) Eco/pet/child friendly products are a plus, as is a local family-owned business.

Do not hesitate to call Bug Shield! I can't believe that I have not reviewed Bug Shield yet. Shame on me! We have been loyal customers of Bug Shield since 6pm on Friday February 27, 2015; the day we took possession of our house and found ANTS everywhere in our front rooms! In desperation I called every pest control company that looked like it might be responsive so late on a Friday. I figured, best case scenario, we'd move in on the weekend and they would send someone by early the next week. We were blessed that Bug Shield was the first place I called...not only did they respond immediately but they sent someone shortly after 6pm that night. Jeremy took care of our problem so that we could continue with our weekend plans of moving in to our new house! Since then we have been loyal customers on the bi-monthly service contract. And, we've remained pest free! The fees are the most reasonable in town and the service CANNOT be beat! From time to time we have had additional issues with seasonal pest flare-ups and even RATS but Bug Shield is always ready to come to our rescue even in-between our scheduled service dates. You can truly trust Bug Shield for the best pest control in town!
