The estimator/owner Nathan did a fine job looking into our crawlspace issue, and did answer most of our questions. The 3 star review is for taking days to get the bid to us when Bloom knew we were on a strict timeline as well as their bid being double in cost compared to our other two professional estimates. All recommendations from the three companies were the same, but the cost and timeline were the factors in which we had to base our decision off of. We went with a different company (New Leaf Pest Control). The bid from New Leaf was delivered the same afternoon AND it was for HALF of what Bloom quoted us. We saved thousands.... I do understand that "you get what you pay for"... I get it.... but New Leaf was in and out in two days, very clean, very efficient and they did more within the scope of the project than what we had expected. If you want a second opinion, call New Leaf!!!! Having a second opinion is just good practice anyways.

Bloom Pest control is really effective, inexpensive, friendly and generally easy to deal with. They bend over backwards to meet your needs on a timely basis. What more could you want? I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Brent and Nick have been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reassuring to work with to eliminate a house mouse problem. Both of them showed respect for my home inside and out, arrived early for the appointment, offered clear explanations of the issues and mitigation plan, and promptly emailed me a fully itemized invoice reflecting the full cost of services in writing. Brent and Nick reassured me as an anxious homeowner that they could handle the problem, and I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.

I recently had some crawlspace work done by these guys after raccoons invaded our crawlspace. Nathan and his team were extremely professional and did an excellent job cleaning everything up and fixing what needed to be fixed without trying to add extra work/charges we didn't immediately need. They even worked with us to help us with insurance claims. Very honest people, could not recommend them enough.

Nathan the owner came and did our estimate he was kind quick and efficient .Gave me a rough idea of what the estimate would be before i saw it. The next morning it was in my email waiting. We arare on strict time schedule and they squeezed us in last minute. And let me tell you these guys are fast! We had another bid from somewhere and it was triple the price and they said it would take 4 guys 8 hours! 3 guys did our whole crawl space in just under 4 houho. Along with fixing ducting and installing new hvac. These guys do it all! Highly recommend for any crawlspace/pest needs.

I'm so impressed by this company. I've had some bad experiences with contractors in the past, but the professionalism by everyone I dealt with was absolutely first-rate. They cleaned out my crawlspace, put down a new vapor barrier, and insulated the floor and pipes. Russ was quick in his initial inspection and in getting me the bid. It was more complete and less expensive than the other three contractors who came. Lori and Katie in the office were great in working with me to set up the job and go through the paperwork. Lorenzo and his crew worked fast and were terrific about keeping the rest of the house from getting dirty. And a quality control follow-up from Nathan, the company owner, really impressed me. He answered some questions I had, spotted a part of the project that needed a bit more attention, and had his guys finish it up quickly. Everyone I dealt with seemed like a genuinely happy person. It makes a difference, and I'd recommend Bloom to anyone in need of this kind of work.

Nathan and his crew are polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They worked long hours and completed the job ahead of schedule without cutting any corners. Bloom was exceptionally competitive on pricing. Their office staff is very professional. My crawl space issues have been solved and I do not believe the more expensive (more expensive, in order to pay for their TV ads) competitors would have done it any different. If you have an issue below, Bloom is the place to go.

I had a wasp problem at my house where they were coming out from under my deck and I had no idea what to do. This was in the middle of the summer and it was keeping me from having BBQs and even having my family over. After searching the web for a while I came across Bloom and gave them a call. Nathan is an outstanding man, he had someone out there that day and took care of the problem. They even called back after a few weeks to see how I was doing and if the problem came back. This was last summer and I haven't had a problem since. I now call Bloom for every pest or crawl space problem I have. I highly recommend them to anyone I meet.

We had an infestation of possums under our house. Bloom came and mediated the problem in 2.5 days . they removed all the insulation under the first floor of the house that the possums had torn down and used for bedding. cleaned up their mess. sprayed with an enzamatic solution to breakdown the bacteria and smell. the repaired the ducting the possums had pulled loose to keep themselves warm. they then replaced the moisture barrier. packed the entryways they had created with stone and concreted over them. the covered the openings in the foundation that had screen over them with expanded metal so the possums could not get through. after all that they replaced the insulation and our floors are much warmer. Not only did they do lots of work. they protected my floors and oak stairs with heavy mil plastic each day. removed the used plastic and placed new plastic each day. Russ and his crew explained each process and gave us an accurate quote that did not change later . These young men were so polite and pleasant. I must say I haven't met such pleasant and hard working young men in a long time.

I recently had Bloom Crawlspace Services out to fix the water problem under my house. I had INCHES of water throughout my home and was super worried! I contacted Bloom and they were out here faster than I would've expected since other companies I called were booked out weeks in advance. Nathan was kind and patient walking me through the steps needed to fix the issue and get my house back on the right track. This included installing a pump and a full drain inside the crawlspace. The crew at Bloom was very professional, courteous, respectful and most of all prompt. I am very pleased with the way they presented themselves and with the finished product, any and all problems I have with my home I'm going with Bloom!

Bloom Pest Control is the best! I had a situation over the holiday weekend where I thought there was a rat in my linen closet.Nathan and Scott came out to the rescue on a Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day. Fortunately for me, it was not a rat, thank God! They were so nice and didn't make me feel bad at all for calling them out. It was actually pretty funny, it was a small stuffed animal that looked like a rat...I was sure it was a rat! Anyway, Nathan did keep it as a souvenir. :) Thanks you guys, for being so nice!!! I have had a rat problem this year and they have been taking care of the problem and I haven't (really) seen any in awhile. They're a good company to work with!

Brent Miller was our technician for wasp control here on 32 acres in Molalla where there were soooo many stingers out there that our horses were on the run, the cats and dogs were hiding out and anything to do with water (I'm a gardener) they swarmed me and the hose. He was here digging out the ground nests, dealing with the nests in the high reaches of the barns and houses and even one big one in a large log. He was friendly, informative and thorough.
