Michael is a true professional and I strongly recommend him. He listened carefully to what we had been experiencing in and around our house and he checked it out carefully. He explained our options and we had him spray around the base of our house and the base of the garage. He said it could take up to 30 days for the problem to be completely resolved, but literally after less than a week, ALL of our insect problems are over. Michael is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt (or even a little early), and thorough. His rates are reasonable and I am so glad that we went with Banish Pest Control. Problem solved!

Thank you so much Michael! You just finished spraying inside and outside of our home about 20 minutes ago! My daughter already found a dead spider on the dining room floor right by the wall! Your right. It is instant. You treated for the ants but it kills all bugs. Happiness! I have been fighting off ants for years. I was already frustrated with that problem when some strange beetle hatched in our garage. The worst part was we had been finding them for a week in the house before discovering a large colony in the garage! Ya. I'm talking freak out! Vaccumed up a lot of bugs that night. Of course I immediately started looking for a professional pest control service. The 1st company identified both types of bugs as ants. (The one was ants, the other a beetle). I'm no expert but that was obvious. He wanted $395.00!! to come treat inside and outside of my 1000 sq. ft. condo! Like wow! So i made many calls. Read many reviews. My 1st conversation with Michael at Banish Pest Control I could tell he was honest and very knowledgeable. He asked questions and really listened. But when i asked how much? And he said $150.00!! I was blown away. I asked to get on his schedule asap. That was 4 days ago. He treated for the 1st time today. He actually spent time looking everywhere again asking questions and listening to our concerns. I should have done this years ago. But everyone was so expensive i just could not afford it. Now we have Micheal every 3 months we will probably never have ants trailing into our home again. Almost glad now for the discusting beetles that hatched... Almost. But i will be recommending Banish Pest Control to everyone. Call him 1st I have spent hours doing the homework. Thank you again Michael! It is a pleasure to give you our business! ☺

I called Banish and the guy was amazingly nice and very professional. He got to my house within 15 minutes...saw my problem and immediately knew what we were dealing with. He was early to the appointment and very thorough in his inspection of my crawl space, attic and exterior. Michael responded to my email requesting a quote promptly and I was able to schedule a much needed ant removal service that same week. He even drove out to Wilsonville during Friday rush hour to accommodate me. Michael was friendly, professional and (literally) beyond considerate! I live in a condo and I'm a single female. - He made sure to park in an acceptable spot, which was not convenient. - Asked if he should ring the doorbell before entering again. It was much worse than I knew! He stayed, switched modes quickly, suited up and removed a huge yellow jackets nest for me. When I saw the picture he took of the size of the nest I could NOT have been more grateful for his services! Michael just left after spraying for our ant infestation and it was the most pleasant experience! When I called him yesterday he was so personable and informative. The other two I called before I called Banish Pest Control were either rude or just too expensive. I don't look forward to any ants coming back but I honestly wouldn't mind because it was such an awesome experience. I also feel that he was very direct, giving me exactly the information that I needed to do my part in trimming the trees around my house so they are not contributing to the problem. I would have given him ten stars if I could have. If you have a pest problem do not bother calling anyone else, just call Michael.

We've had a number of contractors/vendors out to the house in the last month and have been very impressed with the professionalism and just general concern that Michael has for solving the problem at hand. He does his own work, is timely, and follows through afterwards on promised visits even when the initial payment has been already collected. My experience lately has been that some contractors enthusiasm for fulfilling the remaining terms wanes significantly once they've collected the bulk of their funds. At other times, their prices will vary depending on their perceptions of urgency and/or competitive bids. Some even strongly advocated for complete replacement of items that needed no service whatsoever. Michael tells you his price, does what he says, and doesn't play the usual game. The only improvement I could suggest would be to find a way to clone himself for other types of services we need so we'd know that those jobs would be done correctly there too ...

We had issue with mice and Michael had no issue to go into crawl space, figure out how they were getting in the house, closed off the entry points and stopped multiple times to check on traps.
