A door to door salesman walks up and down our neighborhood daily knocking on random homes. Despite our No Solicitation, he has come six times in two years. Each time he has tried to convince me we have an issue with a different insect. We do not have any infestations of any kind. Very frustrating.

If I have had issues about recurring ants they are more than happy to come back out in a timely manner to retreat at no charge between scheduled treatments. When they leave you feel like all the bases are covered. And furthermore you can always contact them if you have questions, or concerns and they take care of it of it. To be honest I didn't realize at all how much I was going to get. They put granules out in the grass. Everything and everywhere that could have any potential ability to be a problem is covered. They take off the switch plates and spray into the walls. I lived in the south for years where the bugs were ginormous and I've never seen such attention to detail as what I saw today in Oregon! A really awesome company. And if you're being pestered by any bugs it's really a good idea!!!!

When trying to cancel service the woman on the phone just kept trying to negotiate with me. I told her numerous times that the service wasn't working and that I no longer wanted to negotiate. I had previously tried to cancel months before and got talked into keeping the service. I also asked over and over again to talk to a supervisor, and the request was never acknowledged. It was more of the same of the woman trying to talk me into keeping the service. It was like we were having two different conversations. I heard hers but she never heard mine. I was so frustrated with her I thought I was going to have a heart attack. She didn't stop so I ended up just having to hang up on her and then immediately called my bank to cancel my debit card.

We are very happy our neighbors referred us to Axiom Pest Control. We have suffered with an elder bug infestation for the past 2-3 years and were under the impression there was nothing we could do, short of bug bombing our home (which may be only a temporary mend). We tried everything possible on our end. Other pest control agencies said they could help; however, the product they use is not pet friendly. Axiom has been here twice and we are so relieved, as it already appears they are resolving the problem. When Issac first came to the house, he was up front about the cost and the year contract. He was not a pushy salesman. Mike came out today, he was super friendly and engaging in conversation. He explained the process and what he was doing. We had other companies come out and look at the house. They only sprayed the outside of the house. Axiom takes care of the outside in steps. They also came inside, sprayed corners, windows and the inside of the walls. Fingers crossed these pests disappear for good?

Axiom guys are always very nice (they have been great with my pets and I have 6!) and have been very timely showing up. This last treatment I forgot to unlock my backyard gates while I was away at work. They were willing to come back the following week and did not charge me additional for the return visit. Patrick from Axiom Pest Control was professional and thorough! He took his time and sprayed behind the electrical outlets, dusted the crawl space, and sprayed the vents throughout the house. They charge a reasonable quarterly fee. Our original problem was sugar ants. I have since called about rats and they came out twice and the rats are gone. They come out quickly when you have an issue and there is no extra charges. Friendly people and they take the time to explain what they are doing and why.

I should mention that I was actually under contract with another pest control company when these guys knocked on my door yesterday. However, I could tell with just the explanation of services that what Axiom offers is far beyond what the other company did (at nearly the same price). They bought me out of the other contract and guaranteed a better service. And that held true when Jake came out today for the initial treatment today. Super impressed and pleased by the work and attention to detail. Jake was thorough and efficient. He also took the time to block off an outside air vent that was likely big enough for small rodents to get inside. He did a fantastic job. These guys rock. And I’m glad I made the switch.

We’ve been a long time client of Axiom Pest Control. Their service has always been top notch. Today, lead technician Eric Painter came to my home to help me eradicate fleas. I don’t have pets, so this was especially upsetting for me. Eric explain the life cycle of fleas and how the product works on them. He also detailed exact steps for us to take after his treatment.
