I had scheduled a two hour window to meet with an inspector so I could get an estimate. I was stood up! When I called the office I was told there was a scheduling mix up and was asked to schedule for another day. I had to take time away from work to meet with their inspector, who did not show up. I don't have the time or the patience to reschedule for a company that can't even call ahead to let me know there is a scheduling problem. American Extermination Plus, Inc. in Hillsboro OR is unreliable and does not respect their customer's time.

Have used this service for several years. It is reliable and always there on schedule and when needed. People are very responsive when contacted by phone and handle the issues promptly, Keeping the ants and varmints away and that's what counts.

I hired this company felt the price was a little high but to save the hassle hired them. I bought a package that included a whole list of insects they had agreed to let me make three payments which I was led to believe was for an entire year. I paid more than agreed-upon the first payment then I had shoulder surgery so I did not call to schedule the 30 day follow up right at the 30 days when I did try to call to schedule it it was very difficult to reach anybody and after leaving several messages did not get a return call finally after my many attempts reached somebody she immediately started scolding me that I had not paid my payment I let her know that the services were not even done so how could she expect it to be paid in full specially since they were supposed to be three payments but she insisted before they come back out I must pay the entire contract so I did when they came back out when I informed the technician that I was seeing spiders he let me know that the first time they did not spray for spiders even though it was included they just sprayed for ants since I mentioned I had ants previously so I was a little upset that they wouldn't spray to cover all the insects that were included I had to ask the different parts of my house be sprayed then a month later the technician showed up no appointment no phone call no notice saying he was there for the quarterly spray I thought this was extremely unprofessional what if I wasn't home after he sprayed part of my house even after asking that the entire house be done and handed me a bill and said that the $900 I had already paid was for the start up and I was to pay $116 for quarterly sprays I'm extremely upset with this company their professionalism the way they treated me The job that they did the unwillingness to work with me and resolve the issue I feel like I was robbed for almost $1000 and feel like nothing was resolved I still have the same issues I started with I sent them a letter no response I strongly advise you pick a different company

Service has been phenomenal the price was right. However, they don't have an auto-bill option and every time I call the office to pay, there's no answer and no call back. Sent emails, left VMs... nothing. Would really like to pay you for your awesome service!

Cancelled our service due to repeated issues of arriving without an appointment when we weren't home, so no access to our backyard they'd only be able to spray our front yard. Stated they'd sent an email or postcard, so when we called we asked to be notified by phone since their tiny postcard/email ended up stuck in with our junk mail. However, they continued to only send a reminder email/postcard which expected us to call to make an appointment. Instead they kept just showing up anyway in the middle of the day when we weren't home. We then sent a formal letter again asking for them to call or text us when it was time for our every three month appointment, but again no advance notice, except a tiny postcard/email, no phone call or text. Very frustrated since we had purchased a large package deal with them. But the anxiety of arriving home to find their bill on our front door when they'd not sprayed our back yard or the inside of the house became too much & we hired another company with better communication.

I HATE negative reviews, but this business needs them. They charge exorbitant rates, and are incapable of advance notification of treatments. I've REPEATEDLY asked for advance notice of visits due to my work schedule and dog situation. They continue to arrive with NO notice, and CHARGE ME FOR A FULL TREATMENT WHILE DOING A FRACTION OF THE WORK DUE TO LIMITED ACCESS. When I've called, the woman who answers always starts with trying to BLAME THE CUSTOMER. I had it several weeks ago when they offered a free visit. They arrived WITH NO NOTICE. As always, THEY DID A FRACTION OF THE WORK AND LET A BILL FOR FULL CHARGES. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FREE VISIT TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE REPEATED VISITS WITH ZERO NOTICE????????????????????????????????????????????????? When I called, the first thing this woman did was try to blame me. I'M DONE. THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT AND UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND BLAME YOU FOR ANY ISSUES. I predict a response, if they even bother, blaming me for something, perhaps not being home when they arrive with no notice? STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT.
