There was a miscommunication between the tech and the office, and we weren't signed up for the plan I asked for. When I called to ask, the woman on the phone saw the notes from the tech, and apologized. She sent someone over right away, and told me that if I see any ants in the house, they'll come spray for free. That's pretty good customer service!

Not only did he spray the area where she had discovered carpenter ants, but also discovered where they had taken up residence nearby in a tree. However, when I called them to service my home I was told that I am outside of their service area. I live less than an hour from them so their “keep it local” mantra is hogwash.

A couple of years ago, All Pest took care of an ant infestation in my Sellwood Victorian home. The technician guaranteed the work he did (the spraying) for a year. The ants did disappear, but a few reappeared a few months later in the upstairs bathroom. The technician returned as soon as I called, sprayed that area, and the ants were gone for good. All Pest does indeed stand behind its work! Now I'm living in a much newer home in SW Portland. For the past four weeks, All Pest technicians (Trenton and Michael) have been coming here weekly to take care of a problem with mice in the attic spaces. Both Trenton and Michael are careful, efficient, and conscientious. I highly recommend All Pest.

I HAD a bee problem! Called All Pest Wednesday, scheduled me for Friday afternoon. Found the nest and recommended to return this morning prior to sunrise to ensure full extermination. This was a ground nest of wasps in front yard. It was critical to have it removed due to children and pets in the vicinity and McCoy from all pest shared my concern! I felt like he took a personal interest in helping me keep the neighborhood safe. McCoy shows up at 655am for a 0700 appointment this morning and he gave me a short Entomology lesson on the wasp cast system then threw on a bee suit and went to work. 20mins later NO BEES!!! This young man is punctual polite professional overall top notch and we will definitely call again.

We have been All Pest customers for over a year now. Their service plans and rates are competitive so we signed up for their quarterly service for ant control and have not had an infestation since! Every team member we have spoken with or interacted with directly has been amazing and provided excellent service. Today was no exception as Trenton came out due to a new rodent problem. He arrived on time and got to work inspecting the garage and located the problem spots. He placed bait and explained how to deal with them and how to avoid future issues. We were getting our windows and siding redone, we were told by the contractor that there were tons of carpenter ants that needed to be "addressed" before the new siding was reapplied. I quickly jumped online to find a company that would cater to our tight timeline (since the new siding was going up the next day). Sure enough, All Pest was able to stop by that SAME DAY for a consultation. He quickly found the source, bid the work, and did it on the spot within an hour. They even have a warranty!!! We will definitely call them back for ANY critter issues :)
