I am so thankful for All Natural Pest Control and what they have done for our home and property. Their technician seemed to be very skilled and professional. The all-natural products they used smelled heavenly. And most importantly: I haven't seen a bug in or around my house in nearly a year. We have been inundated with box elder bugs every spring to the point that it almost seemed like a divine plague being inflicted upon us. Covering the exterior walls, the fence, the ground outside. One visit from All Natural - just one - and we haven't seen any box elders since. Not only that, but we haven't seen spiders or ants. And this might be a coincidence, but we didn't have any issues with mosquitoes last year either. I cannot possibly recommend them high enough. They have been kind and professional, and not only do their products work to get rid of bugs, they are all-natural and don't involve poisons of any kind.

My wife said the gentleman was very nice and wished we could go with them (Jordan H). The thing is they wanted $2,595 a year (over $200 per month!!) for pest control. Completely ludicrous. Terminix is like 60-70 bucks a month. Local guys are closer to 30-50. They all offer free retreats if you need them, and often cover the same or similar pests (ours are primarily sugar ants). If your product is really THAT much more expensive because it's "natural," which means quite little in and of itself, then please post prices online. That poor sales rep had to drive all the way out here to waste both our time, when the price tag would've made it clear it's not a good fit for my family. We're not the type of folks who buy lamborghinis, louis vuitton, or 2600 bug juice.

First off, I’m not a review guy. I don’t leave them and rarely read them anywhere. Potential clients / customers need to be aware of this company. They are predators to say the least. Maybe it’s just their employees, but I feel the company should have some responsibility to the clients as well. They attempted to charge my elderly parents 700-800% more than 3 other bids I received for the EXACT SAME SERVICES AND GUARANTEES, you read that right, 700-800%. You cannot tell me their services are worth 700-800% better than 3 other companies, that would be ludicrous. They saw a paycheck when they met my folks, and they almost said yes. Luckily they called me. Be aware, get more quotes, this company is dishonest. I’m all for companies making money, it’s a free country, charge whatever you want, but to prey on the elderly? That’s despicable.

The turn-around time to complete the extermination was timely, and the exterminators were respectful, thorough and friendly. The product they used smelled amazing and we have peace of mind knowing it is safe for us, our dog and the environment. We are already noticing the difference in activity from the insects one day later...remarkable! All Natural has scheduled a follow-up visit within in a few weeks, and they are only a phone call away with unlimited service should we have any concerns or questions. Just got a call from them asking about my moles and gophers, which we don't have. The guy was completely rude and ignored every question I had and just kept trying to push for a sale. I asked where he got my number from and he talked over me and wouldn't answer and kept pushing to sell their services. I asked to have me put on their DNC list and he laughed and told me he would consider it then kept going back to his sales pitch. Such an unethical representative of their company... I would never ever do business with these jerks. Edit: It's really disappointing to see the business response and attempt to discredit my review with blatant lying. The sales rep never attempted to explain himself, he was adamant he was going to make the sale and completely rude throughout. This is just a pushy business doing unethical practices and covering it up by lying to the public... buyer beware!!! And to the business, please post the recording for all to hear! Also, so I have further evidence that, in my opinion, you are violating laws by not disclaiming that you were recording our conversation (see both ORS §§165.535, 165.540 and Cal. Penal Code § 632). I've screenshot your post already, so there's that.

The young men did not do all I was told they would. The contract included the house, garage and shed. I was told they seal in around pipes and check all through the inside of the house. Did not happen. The second young man opened the door to the shed, that’s it! He did not address the garage at all. I was told they check inside the house. When I mentioned it the young man looked under the kitchen sink, not the bathrooms or where the hot water heater and washer are connected or anywhere else inside. If you have asthma be alerted their chemicals smell. I have asthma and the ‘sanitizer ‘ triggered an attack. The odor lingered a couple of days. Young men were nice, respectful, but I don’t feel the service was as described.

Over priced and very pushy. I wanted to get a couple of opinions and they told me I would lose the "special price" if I didn't give them the money up front. These people listed off a million infestations.. rats, mice, roaches, termites, fungi, ants, spiders... according to all naturals I had all of these. I had 6 other company's come out and I have beginning stages of termites!! They wanted me to pay 10,000 for this!!!! The problem was now taken care of for 500. That is a HUGE difference.

My office had a bad problem with ants. We used to go through ORKIN, but still continued to get ants. ORKIN wouldn’t treat the plants against the building as the chemicals in their products will kill the plant life. All natural treated all problematic areas and we have had zero pest problems.
