I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Neal last week when I called him out to assess a possible "rodent situation" found by a home inspector for the sale of my property. Understandably, myself and my buyer were alarmed by this report, and although my HOA had already brought someone out who inspected and deemed it a non-issue, I called David for a second opinion and his demeanor, thoroughness, and professionalism has successfully put all parties involved at ease! David was extremely kind, informative, and happily educated me as he conducted his inspection. He ALSO ruled that there had been no recent nor current activity, and confirmed that there was no reason to burn down the house....errr, set traps...as the home inspector had suggested. Additionally I feel he went above and beyond by typing up a certification letter to help ensure my buyers mind is at rest. I am so impressed and grateful! I definitely recommend him, and I've already raved to my real estate friends to keep him in mind when clients are told by inspectors they have pest issues. :)

Unreliable and questionable efficacy. Asked to upend my house the first time, (clean all of the bed sheets and get everything off the floors) and he calls to say he is not coming, no particular reason. Rescheduled and have to do the same thing all over again. The pest problem never went away. Asked if he would come back and the same thing, prepare the house and calls to cancel. No explanation, no apology, no understanding of other peoples time. Would not recommend.

AAP/David was awesome. He helped with a yellow jacket problem and did a wonderful job. Great prices and fast. No problems with scheduling or anything. He was actually recommended to me and I couldn't be happier. Told me what services I needed and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need.

David Neal certainly knows his business! I couldn't be happier with the cost and services provided. We had some possums living under our home and they came out and used a safe method that didn't harm the animals nor us and the possums moved out that night. Thank you very much Mr. Neal!

Unfortunately, I never got a chance to do business with this company. After being canceled on last minute, i decided to still give them a chance; I get it, being a small business owner isn't easy. My appointment was reschedule for next day, but again last minute and I get canceled on again. Both time I was offered to look for someone else, making me feel that for some reason he didn't want to do business with me. We've never met, so I don't know why he wouldn't, but my rating is based on those things. I wish your company well, but I will not be trying business with you again.

i do not have a computer my self so i am using Davids tablet to write a review for my pest control guy . He is awesome at first we had a ant problem that would not go away David said no problem i got this and he did. then for some reason we have rats we live in west Salem and we know about the rodents problems so we called and in 3 visits no more rodents and its been a year. i have them come out now every three months and i am so happy.
