Very nice people, had the service done to the house and yard first day, 3 weeks later I have ants in yard and spiders in garage. Called and left a message, I missed the call when they called me back and she left a message saying that my next service was in a week if they had openings they would try to come sooner. When I was sold on this the door to door salesman he told me anytime I see anything to call them and they would come right out no charge. Guess, that’s not the case, waiting for my next service to deal with what should of been taken care of liked promised. Will def let the next service person know when he/she comes out and if it doesn’t get better I’ll cancel the service on the account of not getting what I’m paying for.

They did a great job for initial service and tech was friendly. When scheduling my 2nd service though, they told me I didn't have to be home and just to leave my gate unlocked and my pets locked up. I'm not going to do that for an entire day, so I rescheduled and was told I would be 2nd on the list as I was having a party that day. Technician finally called 2 hours after they were supposed to be here and told me they didn't show me being 2nd. I declined service that day as it was an 1 1/2 hours before my party and tech wasn't sure it'd be dry by then. I called today to reschedule for tomorrow and was told there'd be no one in my area, and it would be another week almost. This is after being told by rep that sold me service and technician that they'd be out anytime I needed a respray or something. Paid cancellation fee. Will never use them again. I'll do a better job spraying my own yard.

The tech was nice enough and did a great job with putting out the bait and letting us know where the mice were getting in. I do regret not using Orkin instead. They charged $20 more but preventative measures were included in the price. Their service include plugging up points of entry. I tried to get an estimate for having this work done by Urbanex but that didn't happen. If you just need to get rid of mice and can take care of the other stuff yourself then they can help with that.

We were inundated with spiders webs hanging on our house. I would clean them off every morning but they would be back the next day. As I was spraying my front porch with ant killer trying to rid what looked like an infestation along came Urbanex, guaranting NO MORE WEBS or ants. They removed all of the webs, sprayed and this morning I was AMAZED, so far I do not have any new ones. Yay for me. And the ants, not a one left. Very impressed and I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with these annoying issues. From the sales team to the technician, very professional, prompt service and they deliver on their guarantee.

The guy who came to the door was EXTREMELY pushy. He would not take no for an answer. I already told him 4 times, I have a company that I'm happy with. To finally get him to go away I said if you'd like to leave a card and if I end up being unhappy with who I'm currently using I'll call you. He informs me that he's out of cards, then proceeds to tell me that he wants to save himself time driving back out here. So continues to try and persuade me. I tell him 3 more times I'm not interested. I eventually just had to close the door in his face to get him to go away. I will make sure everyone I know does not use this company. I work from home and don't have time for people to come to my door and be pushy about selling their product. There is a difference between being a good salesman and being as annoying as the insect Invaders you're claiming to try to protect my house from.

I was contacted by the general manager shortly after this post.I am upping my rating from 1star for the response of the GM and in good faith he can improve my service. I was happier with Orkin pest control. Orkin was mo re effective at keeping the spiders and pest away and was cheaper than urbanex . I could get same day service thru orkin and not have to wait a week after I call urbanex with pest showing back up after two weeks from treatment. On top of the subpar more expensive treatments urbanex has they also make you do a year contract. I wish I never switched from using orkin I am assuming my complaints to the customer service department was never escalated. The GM is taking steps to try and improve my service we will see how it goes.

Pushy door to door salesman didn't explain the year long contract. Knocked on my door 5 separate times in the same two hours after I told them "no"! I was sick and in a robe and he wouldn't go away. Have been with them for almost a year and I love it. I haven’t had a problem with any of the techs that have come out. The last one to come out, Leon, was my favorite. He was so kind and understood that I completely forgot they were coming. They always go above and beyond. If you see pest coming back then all you have to do is call and they will send a tech back out to retreat at no cost. I like that the chemicals are kid friendly and animal friendly, now I don’t have to worry about my children accidentally getting into it and getting hurt, same with my animals. I have used other pest places, but none have been as efficient as Urbanex.

We have used several pest control companies to control our ant/spider problem. And they kept them to a minimum but i wantes rid of them once and for all. After 13 years. This year the ants were so bad we were theowin foos out cuz it was full of ants. Cleanin out the shower before rhe kids bathed to rid od the ants in there. Taylor came out and done his thing. Said with as bad as our problem was we would need multiple full service treatments. Very pleased to say within 3 hrs of him leavin we have seen ZER0 ants. Super impressed by whatever he did. I had to return and add to my review of this company because they literally blow me away They are not just profession there on site service but I’ve been with them for awhile now and that are a truly excellent company from top to bottom. I am disabled and recently fell into a financial hardship where I had to notify them that I would have to delay my service for at least a month. They said no you don’t just pay us when you can we would rather you have your service uninterrupted and have race of mind. In this day and age who ever does that? So the first service we received was awesome they knocked down all spider webs around the whole house outside. We were super pleased but each service since has been a little more disappointing than the last. We have bugs in the garages and webs outside. I had a huge dirt nest of some kind on our outdoor mantle that I have since removed but your guy didn’t touch. I just disappointed that the first was so great and now they aren’t. It’s almost like that’s how they get your business but then it never lives up to that first time.

Best products around. This is the first year I have not had a problem with flies in our home in the summer. They come in contact with the product and bam they are bottoms up. It take care of the crickets and spiders. This is the first year I can sit outside and not be bothered by bugs. Thank you!
