Brandon, his partner( I forgot his name), and the technicians are great. They have an excellent customer service and they’re very friendly. The service desk ladies or the people that take appointments are RUDE. They don’t have customer service skills at all. They keep lying to me why the technician didn’t show up to my house. First time that happened, I had to call them to ask why no one showed up then I was told that they came to my house but no one answered the door. Then Erin told me that I have camera in my front door and a black car parked which was a lie. I have neither... no apology and proceeded to ask me to reschedule. And today samething happened...I had to call them to asked why no one showed up to the window they gave me. The lady told me “ I was gonna call you, I have 2 ppl ahead of you. I can’t just skip them and then call you”. Then she proceeded to wanting to reschedule and didn’t apologize either. What kind of customer service is that? The gave me a 9-11 window and it’s 11:20 no one called me. I had to call them. She had a bad attitude and her tone of voice was just so RUDE. They need more training. I’ve complained to Brandon about his service desk ppl before, but nothing changed. I’m just gonna have to find another company

I was very happy with the experience as a whole. The technician was friendly, informative, and considerate throughout the entirety of the process. The house had several hot spots of bug activity that I showed the technician which he promptly took care of for me in addition to offering very helpful advice for how to stop future problems. I cannot speak to the results as of yet since I just had the house sprayed today, but I am by no means concerned since even if things aren't gone in the next two weeks, they will come back at no added cost to remedy the issue.

Had a salesman come to the door and offer me $20 a month pest control plus I got a veteran discount. First time they service was terrible kid was on only here for 19 minutes and was on the phone most of the time couldn't not have gotten the whole house inside and out. Called and talked to the manager and they did return and do a good job. My biggest complaint is they charged my credit card 92.00 when I was told originally was quoted 20.00 + veteran discount. Called and cancelled service very miss leading and didn't get my money back for a horrible job.......... ROMEX CONTACTED ME AND HAD THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. GAVE ME A REFUND AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THANK YOU
