This company is very unethical they took advantage of my neighbor who is handicapped. They blatantly lied about her problem because they knew she was unable to identify the details due to her condition. I honestly don’t know how they can live with themselves. Of course we were left to do the dirty work which turned out to be quite the experience. After what Roberts pest control did they owe us all a sincere apology. You can't do better than Roberts Pest Control. Rock knows what he's talking about and will deal with your pest problems quickly and effectively. We called him to help us get rid of a pesky raccoon and he took care of the problem in a prompt and humane manner. Also helped us get rid of a den of critters under our hot tub without lethal, cruel, or invasive treatment. You won't find a more knowledgeable, friendly and committed small businessman than Rock. I have the service every three months and I never have had a problem. Josh, the service guy is very nice and sees that the chemical is spray in each corner of the house. Also, outside on the yard. The receptionist calls you on time to set up your appointments.

Absolutely RUN from doing any business with these folks. They refused to honor their 30 day warranty after the appointment for a re-spray due to me still seeing residual ants due to me not allowing them to treat my entire home. They informed me that since I did not take the full service that the 30 day warranty is not applicable and that if I want to have them come out and re spray that I will be charged a service fee. They initially tried to say that I would not be able to even use the warranty since the service was done over 30 days ago (today is day 31) even though I made my appointment with them to come back out well within the 30 day window. Also when I scheduled this new appointment I was not made aware of any additional service fee. I was only made aware of this when they called on the same day (within the window he was supposed to be there) that the tech was scheduled to come back out to re spray but is supposedly sick and cannot come out. Fortunately (the ONLY upside here) is that I was not going to be home anyway so it didnt cost me any of my time other than the phone conversation and this review. I am extremely disappointed with this company as I chose them from their great google and Yelp reviews, but based on this experience I really call the authenticity of those reviews into question. I will be speaking to a family attorney concerning this situation as I do not see anywhere in writing that I needed to take the full treatment or follow their recommendation in order to take advantage of the 30 day warranty their tech informed me about. As to why he would inform me of a warranty that apparently doesn't apply to my service is beyond me, especially when he also told me that if I asked him to come back out within a few days that they wouldn't because it takes time for the poison to work. IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE, READ THIS!!!!! IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY YOU MUST TAKE THE FULL TREATMENT OR WHATEVER THEY RECOMMEND TO YOU OR THEIR WARRANTY WILL NOT BE HONORED. ALSO MAKE SURE THE RE SPRAY IS ACTUALLY PERFORMED WITHIN THE 30 DAY WINDOW OR THEY WILL ALSO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY.

Very effective eradication of cockroaches. Treatment included gas-like spray and 2 week follow up in which Ray came and placed roach bait. My only complaint is that he arrived late, outside of the scheduled time for both appointments. The front office also had gotten my number wrong, so he couldn’t contact me the first time. Else, great service! Grateful for the availability on Saturdays.
