Frustratingly not oriented toward good customer service. I needed a backyard treatment one week after they had done my front yard; my plans changed and I needed them to finish the whole yard. They categorically refused. Belligerent and uncompromising even when I *offered to pay a surcharge* for a backyard treatment. They will simply not accommodate any special customer needs. I would look elsewhere for weed service.
