I have been very patient through the process and understand that pest issues don’t get solved overnight. However, I have had to call them multiple times because they did not do things thoroughly. They show up without notice and I wasn’t home to open the garage so they can clean out the cobwebs (which they missed during initial service) very good customer service when it comes to getting your business but the corporate manager did hang up on me when I tried to cancel. They are making me pay the original discount which again was given when they were so keen to get our business (similar to the experience below). They did not do their part properly. Didn’t clean out the storm shelter and I have had to buy my own stuff to clean it out. Very disappointed with their service. When they came for their service last month, they missed bunch of cobwebs again. If possible, find another provider for your home. I really wasn’t planning on leaving a review because I know it can be dependent on the guy that comes to do the service. When I called them after their initial service; the guy apologized on behalf of the first guy since he missed so much during his scheduled time. The customer service also said the guy was new and he is no longer with the company. Clearly there were issues. When I was on the phone with their customer service rep, she offered to credit back the last service and I was hoping to just talk to the manger about getting that credit back and canceling it and I’ll pay the “discount” and call it even. But the manager was rude and said that she will send me the invoice and the service is cancelled and hung up on me WHILE I was taking. That’s what aggravated me to leave this review. Definitely not recommending this to anyone we know.

These people are frauds. They ran a "special" for a discounted rate that they wouldn't put down on contract or in writing, only insisting on verbally. Their service has been entirely ineffective all year. They were bought out by some other company in the middle of our contract period that has begun charging for extra services and coverage that were previously free of charge. This buyout also apparently broke their website and I had to re-input my payment information. I want to cancel these services, but I'm afraid they'll try and tell me that the $115 quarterly rate we've been charged is the discount, not the $89 we were told, then make up some higher "regular rate" to have us pay back. As for the owner responses to some of these? The no-description 1* I'll grant, but sending out for a free inspection when a discontinuation of ineffective service is desired and charging the difference for discounts-especially ones not sought for, if that assertion is true-are not good responses. Do business with someone that works. If they promise you a particular rate, don't trust their friendly demeanor or reputable religious affiliation to apply it later. UPDATE: We canceled the service last year only to find out they're still trying to come here. They lied about the rate, they lied about the discount, they lied about canceling, and they're crooks. Down from two stars to a one. Don't deal with them.

Signed up with a different company before Pest control solutions took over. The next 2 times they scheduled was cancel due to the rain which is reasonable. A month later my bank was auto drafted for their service that never happened. Never have I been lied to so many times during one phone call. Firstly, they emailed me the bill a month after the scheduled date which was raining and canceled and the rep claimed that they came out that day. Luckily, I did not delete their voicemail and vividly recalled heavy raining that day. Secondly, Why was my bank drafted for service not being render? They said they spoke to my wife and she had approved the payment. Instantly, I knew they lied again because my wife does not speak English and did not spoke to anyone from PCS the day they drafted the payment. At last, I asked what my wife’s phone number was(because I handle all the bills and subscriptions), they finally admitted they don’t have her #.

There are still ants in house. Get regular treatments but for an added fee they will spray specifically for ants. You would think that regular treatments would t ake care of ants.

Bill came out for my second service last week. We had lots of brown recluse and have hardly seen any since his first visit. Knowledgeable and very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough!

They need to redo the website as I just got off the phone letting them know I have bugs in my home and the reply was , "well your next visit is next month just let them know then" UNEXCEPTABLE! for the amount paid for the Service they need to stand by the website and say we'll get out there ASAP. This is the reason for the poor rating, This is the reason after my last Contractual Service NO MORE. I'LL do it myself along with supplies from Eckroat Seed Company.

Still ants everywhere in yard after numerous complaints. Today had another company (MOXIE) come to my house to get my business and told them I already had service. To my embarrasment the sales man pointed out ants crawling on the wall by my front door and a nest at the bottom of my front steps. If I could upload pictures I would but they will be on my facebook. So called to complain/cancel and the lady told me I have to pay back the $114 dollar discount they gave me on the first service. THEY GAVE ME. I did not ask for it. Gave=gift. Pest Control Solutions had months to make a long term customer and failed. Look up Devin Crowl on face book for proof of their work.

Clint is awesome! We just started using the service and our ant problem. Clint really did a great job dewebbing and taking time to explain the services to me. He was on time and took time doing the service. I know that he's been doing this a long time and it shows in his services! Thanks Clint! Great Job!

Don't bother with them. They tore up my lawn. Still have ruts from them.Didnt spray for even 5 minutes. I still have had bugs and spiders on porch. You tell them the day they want to come is bad.. They come anyway. They act like they own you and tell you when they will come and show up wanting money for nothing. I paid them for a year and they say I owe for another quarter.... 4 quarters in a year. They are rude on the phone!! Take advantage of people bossing us around and taking advantage.
