Called for them to come out and spray again because we were seeing spiders. The first time they sprayed, they said they would guarantee anything during the three months. We called after the second month to tell them we needed them to come back out. They said it was to close to three months and we would have to pay again. They did not follow through on their end of the business contract.

We had grubs in our yard which were causing us to have little to no grass and then moles in our yard that they were eating on we also had so many ants .OTS came out and sprayed and about a week later we are already starting to regrow grass and I have not seen an ant since great company great service!
