I called Moxie pest control to come treat the house ahead of upcoming warm weather knowing that in the past I had issues with spiders in and around the house. I typically treat the house myself, but never well enough that I feel confident with the results. I decided to stop being cheap and get an expert out to look at it. I was more than satisfied with the quote I received and the customer service while setting up the appointment. Austin showed up exactly on time and was exceptionally professional and courteous. He explained in great detail what he was doing and what he saw, giving me tips to improve the treatment. He found issues that I didn't know I had and saw potential future problems that he treated to ensure they don't become larger problems. Austin demonstrated a deep level of knowledge on all aspects of the treatment giving me insight into how the treatment is effective based off the techniques they use to overcome the problems they find. Austin took notes on the treatreat techniques employed so the follow up treatments will be more effective. I can say without a doubt say that I am confident in the service provided and thankful that such care and pride was taken in the work done. Highly recommend Moxie and Austin! Amazing value for the peace of mind provided.

This company sucks. Right after they were done spraying our house, another company came by and pointed out multiple bee’s nests, wasp nests, and spider webs. We decided to cancel the service right then. Their reasoning for not getting rid of all the pests were “the employee can’t reach that high”. Do they not realize how stupid that sounds?? Mind you, all these nests were on our fence and in holes on the ground. They also charged us a $120 cancellation fee. I nicely asked them to waive it since they obviously didn’t get the job done, and they said no. I will literally tell every single one of my neighbors and everyone I know to not use this company. I highly recommend Cloud Pest Management. At least they're capable of getting rid of a spider web on a fence.

I cannot speak to the quality of their service because I am so repulsed by their shady door-to-door salesmen that I wouldn't even consider using them for pest control. This review is based on the fact that the salesmen dishonestly claimed to be servicing my neighbors that day (calling them by name, only I later found out from them that they got out of their contract months prior because they were unhappy with their service) and was "in my area" offering a "once-in-a-lifetime" pricing opportunity to control my pests. Not only did he persist over and over after I said no, he kept inching closer and ended up stepping over my door jam. Big mistake. A word of advice to Moxie salespeople - don't ever step into someone's doorway uninvited, and don't underestimate an Edmond mom. I will be MUCH less cordial next time.

Terrible service. Usual wait time of one week for service on pest flare ups. Only when you become upset with them will they “pull some strings” to make it out faster. I became frustrated with this after being with them for three years. So, I looked into other pest control companies and discovered a 24-48 response to pest flare ups was more the norm. Decided to go with Urbanx instead. I Informed Moxie that we were going to cancel, and even though we were paid up for another month, they would not service my house for an ant flare up until I agreed to stay on board with them for another quarter of a year. Uh, no thanks. A business should not be run by coercion. Don’t be fooled by the silly pest jokes. Stay away!

From the time that the young man range the doorbell (I missed it) to the time that he completed cleaning the entire outside of cobwebs and Mud dauber nests, and then spread the granular pesticides, followed by fogging the entire yard for mosquitoes, it only took about 45 minutes. They put you on a set it and forget it like schedule to handle your problems, and if you see any increase in bugs, they will come reservice for free. Just had Moxie out yesterday for first service. Austin, the technician was early for the appointment and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Austin took the time to explain what he was doing and using and after his inspection gave me some detailed info on the type of pests we are susceptible to and how to handle that. So far seems very good! Update: now several months into our service and am very pleased! Yesterday Jared came and I am pretty sure he even brought my garbage can in for me bc I don’t remember doing that yesterday yet it’s been put back!! Regarding the pest service their techs take the time listen to what I am having problems with and address it. They educate me on the best way to handle the bugs we get and they are always professional and polite. Also the warranty is true. If I call between service they come out no charge. Very happy with this company!

He was doing our outside treatment but when I mentioned to him about seeing some spiders and such inside he very positively said he was happy to come in after spraying the outside to take a look. He was very professional, respectful, made sure to introduce himself and call me by name, answered any and all of my questions, and was very pet friendly with my cat. He made sure to ask if we had any other small animals or kiddos in the house before spraying which I appreciated. I also appreciated that when he was spraying the outside he took extra care in spraying the perimeter a little farther out than normal when he saw some spiders. He was very thorough when spraying the inside and told me they'd be happy to come back if I was still seeing the creepy crawlers after a few weeks. He was so thorough from start to finish from knocking down webs and wasp nests to spraying with care around our patio furniture and herb garden. He was kind to our dog that got out and was barking at him. He took time and answered all my questions about wasps and spiders, helpful and harmful pests and never made me feel like he needed to rush to the next job. We have a termite prevention system through Moxie and he checked and fixed the ones that had been disturbed from lawnmowers and excess rain. I love Moxie’s dedication to customer service. No service is perfect and accidents can happen but when you have a company like Moxie and technicians like Devin, you don’t have to worry about that. They’ll keep you snugly in the happy customer category.

Been using Moxie for 2 years. Had a spider problem inside and instead of taking care of this technician tried to tell me not to worry as spiders were not brown recluse only grass spiders. Caught many in glue traps and to me they looked like large and small brown recluse spiders. Salesman came to my house multiple times today (ignored the "no soliciting" signs). Twice during work hours, so I wasn't home, but my door camera sent a notification to my phone saying someone was by my door and it was the same man both times. He came back a third time a little past 8 PM!!! Absolutely inappropriate for any business. I tried to save him a speech by saying I was not interested,but he was very pushy. He kept trying to sway me by saying how much better Moxie is, said he would lower the price of the service, and all that nonsense. I don't care what you're trying to pitch, the last thing a lot of people want after working all day is to be harrassed at 8pm by a shady salesman who won't respect a person when they say they're not interested. Wouldn't do business with this company if it was free. After reading several reviews here, I can see this company doesn't care who they inconvenience. If they truly cared, they would amend these issues with actions and not with hollow, copy/paste "apologies." EDIT: Of course the reply from the company is "it's not uncommon for him to come back if no one answers." Why do your sales personnel blatantly ignore "no soliciting" signs??? They're there for a reason. The fact that your company disregards this is disrespectful.

We signed up last night and this morning Mark was at our doorstep! He was considerate to our home and very helpful. He treated our home very thoroughly for spiders and wiped off the exterior spider webs. When I mentioned that we also have wasp problems, he checked all the easements and found 5 nests that we didn't even know about. He was also able to knock down the nests that were up very high and cleaned up the muddobbers nests. Thank you, Mark!

Micheal O came and treated my yard at noon today. Micheal O made me feel very comfortable with me being home with my daughter alone with him. He covered my whole yard and covered anything else I needed BUT I am canceling our membership. Moxie’s office staff tell you what ever you want to hear but yet does not talk to the techs that actually do the work! I was supposed to get my house treated but yet the office staff did not tell me that I had to be out of the house for at least 4hrs! The office staff also do not inform you that at a serten time of the day if the year is treated or flowers will fry! Moxie claims they are pet and flower
