I live by the lake, I have overgrown bushes growing on my fence line due to poor lawn maintenance from my neighbors and its just the perfect mix for mosquito's. My family couldn't step outside. I would be lit up with bites within 5 minutes. We were miserable. Then we called Terminix because we already had a contract with them. We extended the contract to include mosquito's and we continued to have problems. We called them out for free additional services and we STILL had problems. A friend recommended calling Mosquito Joe, although I was discouraged I called. After the first treatment I saw a drastic reduction in the amount of mosquitos that we had. We just had our second treatment today and I believe that it will just continue to get better. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could say I recommend this company but it, unfortunately, was just not a good fit for me. I have had 3 treatments and I did see a reduction but I still get about 3 or 4 bites if I am outside for about 10 minutes. I ultimately had to cancel my service because I have outdoor animals. This company was completely unwilling to work with me on timing of my service. I have two dogs that have separation anxiety so I have them set up with a climate controlled outbuilding and full access to play in my backyard while I am at work. According to Mosquito Joe's they need to be out of the yard for at least 30 minutes after it is sprayed. So in order for me to maintain the service, I would need to drive home (30 minutes), let them in, hold them their for at least 30 minutes then drive back to work. Minimum 1.5 hours out of my work day, and that is if they would actually give me a specific time to be there instead of a "window". The first girl I talked to, Nicole, understood my situation and initially rescheduled me for at first appointment of the day, 8:00 am on the day of their choosing the next week. That way, I will still have to be a little late for work but only miss about 30 minutes, which is acceptable to my boss. A few minutes later she calls back and said her boss won't let her do that, that the best they can do is give me a "window" of a few hours. (The time I was quoted for service was 1:30 in the afternoon.) I let her know in my initial discussion that I could leave work a little early and be there by 5:30 or 6. (Their service window is from 8AM-8PM.) The boss was absolutely unwilling to work with my scheduling limitations, which is fine, but resulted in my cancellation and this subsequent review of my experience with the company. I understand that this is the way the company schedules (or rather doesn't schedule) their service, and while it seems to work for the majority of their customers, it clearly does not work for all and their unwillingness to make an arrangements to suit the needs of customers like me was the ultimate driver of my average level rating. Also, I am allergic to mosquitoes so I really needed this service!

We were recommended Mosquito Joe’s by a friend who was very pleased with their service and could not be happier. We have a lot of landscaping and a pool and really enjoy our time outside however it had become unbearable for my wife and kids to stay out there in the evenings. After the first application we noticed a huge difference. The service technician who has come out has been nothing but polite, courteous and professional. Great people and great company.

Worst service I have ever encountered. Were told we would be the first job of the morning....but failed to let us know that they had to stop first for an OIL CHANGE in the vehicle.....Priority for the customer is not their best trait....Just a bad experience all the way around....All I could ever get out of them was that they could not give exacts only estimates of time to treat...(sounds like Cox) but having to wait so they could get the oil changed in their vehicle was a bit much.....!!! Plan ahead for that people....plan ahead!!!! Would not recommend to anyone....

I have only had a few treatments but can already see a vast improvement. They have a realistic expectation of an 85% reduction of mosquitos- I feel that for my house, that number is closer to 95%. The actual service is 5 Star as well. If you ask for a call, they actually call! The technicians are quick and thorough and will allow you to walk them through your property so you can point out spots that you feel could be trouble. Highly recommend!

They made me give them a star the only star I would give them is to fire their emplymanager on 5-2-2019 1pm I was working on a job I went to smoke a cigarette a yellow van pulled up thought he was going to pull in the driveway but he backed up he saw me smoking a cigarette I had them on the porch was 1pm went back into the house and worked I went out to smoke a cigarette and when I picked them up there was something wet on them I knew what it was that poison on them the guy spayed my pack of cigarettes with that stuff a blind person could have seen them he had a mask on gloves I called the manager and told him what happened my mind was blown he said you shouldn't smoke I said that has nothing to do with this he kept saying smoking is bad for you then he said you should have not left them out there a dog could have got them a cat the mailman then he goes back to cigarettes are bad for you he said he would pay me 760 for the smokes but the way he talked to me I would not have taken a 100.00 bucks he treated me like it was my fault but I want to say mesquite Joe's don't care about human life !!

The treatments did help, but tgey do not stand behind their product of spraying for free if not satisfied. Called numerous times to complain about still having mosquitos and heard every excuse why it didn't work but no free spray. I will pay more for better product.
