They were great today! 12/14/18. I found a black widow spider in my bed and put out an urgent help me alert on the Next door app. Jacob who works for Massey took my call and helped me figure out how to get my house sprayed today!! He was super nice and very thorough with his work! I am blessed that he and Massey came to my rescue!! I will recommend their services to everyone! Thanks Massey Pest control and Thank you Jacob!!

Moore, Oklahoma. I would strongly recommend evaluating the training this location has received. We hired them for termite preventive treatment. When the technician (Sony?) arrived he stated what the state law regulations (8-12 inches for drilled holes) were for the treatment but proceeded to not follow state law regulations and did not properly complete treatment (exceeded 12inches) . I contacted the manager (Scott?) of this location letting him know it was wrong and that the technician did not clean up before leaving. Manager came out to my house with the technician (he cleaned during that time) and stated the technician applied the treatment correctly (12-18 in) . I told him that I was informed by other company’s and also research from the internet that, that was not true. He debated the issue with me and did not offer to correct it at that time. I ended up filing a complaint with the department of agriculture to investigate the application of pesticide. It was decided the company violated the states law regulations for termite pesticide application! The company was forced to come out and redo the treatments. Not one apology was offered by the manager for wrong information, trying to pull one over or the inconvenience of another day. The company tried to short change me on the first treatment,so I can’t trust them for any future warranty now. Please education your self as a consumer on pesticide law/regulations in your state before hiring!!! And if they do not apply correctly file a complaint with your state department! This is your right as a consumer!

I always get the same Technician and he is beginning to know me and when I am available so he can plan his schedule accordingly. He is super Great and last year signed up for Rodent Protection, I have a field across the road behind my house. So a few days ago saw something run behind the shed... I called Masseys and they sent him out... Not only had the rodents been eating the bait but there was the big one that I saw run, yep he was dead and inside their bait box and the technician kindly removed him from my sight... I would have hugged his neck if he hadnt been carrying the horrible thing. I love how they are protecting me from bugs, and creepy crawly creatures...best money I have ever spent on a Rodent Protection package.

Since they bought out ecoshield this company has been awful. They don't send you reminders for your service and when we called to complain about it we were told they are supposed to call you a few days in advanced to inform you that they are coming, which is not true. If we received a call it would always be at 8pm the night before which isn't enough time to adjust your work schedule in order for them to spray inside. Had service set up for May 11th ended up cancelling my service at the end of April and today they showed up to my house (May 5th). No consistency with this company or notification of service.

I've had them out to my house five times for spiders and they still have not gotten rid of the problem I continuously see them crawling into my house from the outside as alive as they can be and all they tell me is that I'm going to have to wait and after 2 months I'm done waiting I've cancelled my services and I switched companies and since the switch I haven't had an issue I believe it's because they actually put out a quantity of product that seems to make a difference verses just lightly misting my house I would not recommend this company to anybody I know because it's a waste of money to have someone spray water on your house not to mention the harassing phone calls after I cancelled my services from the manager even after asking him to leave me alone not only did he continue to call me but he also had his sales people call me to try to add services to my already cancelled subscription I find this very unprofessional especially after being asked to be removed from the call list.

I just met Josh Burnett with Massey Services for the first time today. We have had a recurring, actually never going away, ant problem for at least six months. Josh seemed very confident and competent in his ability to arrest this problem for us. Time will tell, but, after dealing with several individuals from the company, I am hopeful that we will not have to change companies under Josh's watch. Thank you.

We are a condominium community with over 50 units. We started new service with Massey Services Pest Prevention in Moore, Oklahoma this month and it has been absolutely wonderful! Debbie was awesome when she came to give us a bid. She is very personable, always available on her cell phone for questions anytime, and went above and beyond to match our financial needs. When it came time for the termite bait stations to be installed, Josh Burnett spent 3 days in our community in blistering heat. One reason it took Josh so long was because Terminix (who our community had for 20 years) hadn't serviced our property in at least 10 years although they were being paid to do so. On top of not servicing the bait stations yearly, Terminix simply did not put the adequate number of stations out to being with. This meant Josh had to drill new holes for stations that should have been there all along. Terminix was ripping off our community for at least the last 10 years by doing no work at all. They would sit in their truck parked in our front parking lot for 45 minutes then drive away never getting out of the truck. What is even more amazing, is when Debbie was here at our community giving us the bid for our property, Terminix actually did this very thing and she saw it with her own eyes. Terminix is despicable and should be ashamed of themselves stealing money from a community like ours. When we called to cancel with Terminix, the manager said, "Well, no one ever complained." So, we have to complain that you are not working for you to actually do any work? Terminix is terrible! The best thing we have ever done is have Massey Services as our new pest control company. Thank you Debbie and Josh for everything you have already done for us and we look forward to at least 20 years with you!

I have been very pleased with the results of Massey's pest control treatments. The service techs that have visited out home have been exceptionally professional. Jacob Gilleland visited most recently when we had an ant problem re-emerge. The ants disappeared in a matter of 1 week. What I appreciate about Massey is that if you have any issues in between the scheduled quarterly treatments, they will come treat and address the issue at no extra charge. This benefit helps compensate for the slightly high price of the quarterly treatment. I have considered canceling simply because of the cost, but it is nice to keep wasps, spiders and ants at bay. Overall, I feel it is a worthwhile investment, and I think their field staff is really excellent.

Our service technician for pest control is Joe Hunt, and he deserves to be recognized for the wonderful job he does!
