I've been dealing with this company for two years now. I purchased a Groupon. Redeemed the Groupon. Lawn Doctor then serviced my lawn a few months later. Talked with owner and refused service, stated he would take care of it. Obviously never did, then serviced again! Spoke with him again. Said he would take care of it, now they've sent me to collections? Poor business practices.

Don't trust them they will rip you off. I called and scheduled an appointment to treat my lawn a month out. About 5 days later I had to purchase a new car so I called and cancled my appointment. Later that month on the day i was scheduled to have the yard sprayed. I noticed the sign in my yard so I called them back. They accidently sprayed my yard when I told them not to. They guy I talked to than asked me to pay for the treatment. I told him no I didn't want it and than told me in had to pay. He said they didn't take my name off the route but I'm still responsible. I refused to pay he than asked me to pay a portion and I refused. They have more sent it to collections.

Over three years, I paid for full services to include over seeding the last year ($450). Communication was usually very slow. If I was only looking for weeds to go away, I would say they did this acceptably. However, I wanted a lawn of all the same grass - or at least without bare spots...I was told that would happen with over seeding (and pH treatment, and grub treatment etc - all of which I paid for). I cared for the lawn as described, but after them trying two times (and not sufficiently covering my lawn, as well as putting down pre-emergent once before overseeding…) I finally gave up and have decided to look elsewhere. 3 years, less weeds, but many bare spots and definitely not properly seeded / growing grass / communicated with.

Over the years I have tried several so-called "lawn specialists". Sad to say, they were specialists in their own minds. The Lawn Doctor has been the exception. Not only did they rescue my lawn but they are very professional and reasonably priced. I am very satisfied with them!

Our homeowners association has used Lawn Doctor for the last couple of years for turf fertilizing, weed control and plant maintenance. We have an acre of road frontage and have 100+ plants/ hollies, nandinas. The grass looked better the first year and this year it has held the brightness of green all season long. The plants are also a beautiful deep green. The owner, David Morrison, has put together a great team. He understands soil science and the program that we are on is specific to our needs. If I have any concerns I get a call back from him immediately. After being dissatisfied with several lawn fertilizing companies in the past, Lawn Doctor has done a great job!

He also has 2 of the most knowledgeable technicians in the industry. I use them for lawn fertilization, power seeding, mosquitos, yard armour, and other services. I recommend reaching out to David Morrison with Lawn Doctor. I promise you will be happy. Front yard looks pretty good after seeding. Back yard has some areas of almost no new grass at all. After a call, David came by to explain that this was unusual but might be caused by grubs. I appreciate their willingness to examine the situation and suggest a plan of action. Thanks, David...

My wife and children moved to Edmond about 2 years ago and purchased a home with an acre lot. It has lots of mature trees as well as the kid's playground, trampoline, and soccer goal on the lawn. The yard was in bad shape when we moved and even worse when we met the Lawn Doctor (David). He was hands on from the beginning. We hit a snag when one of his machines accidently spilt gasoline on a portion of the front lawn resulting in a dead spot. I can say David went above and beyond to fix it but that would be an understatement. Our grass is absolutely AMAZING thanks to the care David and his team put into my lawn. They really do treat it like their own. I have been a customer for two years and will not change!
