I had bought a home in march. The home had been inspected before closing and no termites were found. So i bought the home only to find that the floor had live termites eating it. I called Flatline to make sure it was indeed termites destroying my home. When Randy came out he took the time to crawl under my house and take pictures of all the damage, and even prove to me it was indeed termites. After asking for a estimate i found that they where very affordable and priced way better then some others. They came out and treated the home, and pulled out all the wood that was left under it. They did an amazing job, and were very nice professional.I highly recommend them!!

John came out the next day after I called late in the evening to give me a bid for termites. He helped me understand the difference between his bid and one other I had received. I was pleased with the reasonable amount and he and his crew were out in the same week to get the job done. I never felt like I was getting scammed on services I didn’t need that other companies offered. I would definitely recommend.

My daughter had a problem with fiddle back spiders. She has 1 child and pregnant with her second. John came out immediately and sprayed everything including the attic and outside. he was very professional and seemed sincerely concerned for the family. Randy and John with Flatline Pest Control provide the best customer service in the area! Both men know their stuff! John services our home monthly- he is always friendly and goes above and beyond to meet our needs. We had a mouse in our house for well over 2 weeks and couldn’t catch it using a previous pest control service. Having two toddlers in the house I was getting desperate for help! I gave Flatline a call and John came out the same day and stayed 2-3 hours until he caught it for me! I switched service providers to Flatline that day.
