We spent $190 for two treatments. The first seemed to abate the cockroaches we had problems with, but the second treatment did little else. We were scheduled for three treatments total, but the lady didn't return for the third treatment. Waste of money, and still have some bug issues.

If I could give her no stars I would. Horrible customer service and communication skills. Made an appt with her a wk in advance since she was sooo booked up for bed bugs. My day came. She called when she was supposed to be here and said she was gonna be 30 mins late. 3 hours later roll around and she said she was on her way at 10 at night. No thank you. Said she would come the following day. I didn't hear a word from her. I have a child getting ate up and I'm fed up. She obviously overbooks herself and keep a schedule. Don't use her. I went with OKC pest control. They got me right in!!

Hands down the best exterminator/pest control. Bobbi Ray is very thorough and has a lots of experience on pest. We were blessed to have her come out to inspect for bed bugs, once again very thorough. She found them in places we would have never looked. Came out for initial spray on February 11, 2017, I forgot to mention we have 2 kids but no bugs found in their room. After spray there were no bites, but still requested the booster 2 weeks later, better safe than sorry. Still no bites, I am confident that there are no more bed bugs. bobbie ray is the best pest control agent I have ever worked with...she is thorough and very compassionate towards our tenants....we had 2 infestations, very severe infestations at an apartment complex...for some reason some people don't want anyone to know and pretty soon these apartments were out of control and in danger of spreading to other units...bobbie ray made our tenants feel good about solving the problem...she worked around their hours and did retreats on time...she has a very fair pricing system and will only do what needs to do and doesn't insist on a yearly contract but educates well so an appropriate decision can be made...she is a blessing to our tenants and our business...

Highly recommend Bobbi Ray's. This company will work hard for you. Bobbi Ray really knows her stuff! Her pricing is fair. Why did I choose Bobbi Ray's? Orkin did not know the name of the chemical they used for termites. He said "Oh you can't buy this stuff without a license, not this strength anyway." The Orkin inspector had to go to his truck and read it off the container. As soon as I saw it, I went and fetched my bottle by Bayer I purchased from Walmart garden center that was the same chemical and just a strong. It cost $30 a bottle, for which Orkin was going to charge $800 an area to apply. No thank you. Terminix won't do anything for you, in less you're infested. They wanted to charge the same price for bait stations. Treat areas, leaving a way for termites to go around. They offer a strange construction warranty that sounds impressive, but impossible to collect on. Since they must see active bugs / swarmers, not where you vacuumed up the wings. I am very happy with Bobbi Rays. I sleep a lot better since she took care of my termite problem. I am pretty sure I won't see any swarmer wings next spring. I've already noticed dead ants, and no more busy ant parades.

Bobbi is the absolute best person to call when you have a bug problem. I found bed bugs in my bed, called her the next morning, and not only did she schedule me that day (which was gracious of her, seeing as she already had a full day that day), but she talked me down from my paranoia. Bobbi is not only an exterminator, but a social worker. She sees this as a job that truly helps people, not just a way to exploit scared people and rob them of their money. Bobbi did and awesome jobs of taking care of my ants and the bees I had living in my brick outside on the chimney. She also gave me a product to help me take care of my mice just because it came up in the conversation, free of charge I might add. We had her out years ago when she was just starting her company and we said that we would never use another pest control company again. I am now selling that home and needed her out for termite treatment after a TRR inspection report.
