These folks are the only call you should make if you find you have the dreded bed bug infestation. The hot box method. With backup spray did the trick. 2 weeks now and we are bedbug free. They explained everything and even gave me a senior discount. With kids visiting and bringing thing into your home it is posible this could happen to you. If it does, call armour and shield. You won't regret it.

They came out and blew my mind there great at what they do they have guys that does more and gives more information about how to keep your home bed bug free. This is the worst company ever!! They forgot 2 appointments in a row. I was at the house waiting for for hours both times. A few days later, they finally said they were coming and would be here in 30 minutes. After 2 hours I called again and they said they had already finished spraying my house. They claim they went to the wrong house and sprayed. Personally, I think they blew me off again and made up an excuse. The owner just kept saying it wasn't his fault. He couldn't have cared less. Find another company!!!!

Noone wants to have to call for bed bug treatment. The stigma and fear of the cost had us trying EVERY DIY treatment on the web, but ultimately, we realized it was time to get a pro. We called around and after talking to Mow, knew we had the right place. It's hard to beat a 90 day guarantee, but his personable and understanding nature made it even easier. He sent an email of how to prep the house and then did a walk through with me before beginning the treatment to get details of where we had seen bugs and to double check items we may need to remove. He stayed in contact with me during the treatment and let me know when we could come back. We have not seen a single.bug since and it's been almost a month. Don't waste your time with sprays and steam heat along the baseboards. We had taken everything from the room out to a 135° greenhouse for days and it disntd help. They were in the walls. Moe knows his stuff and will make sure you don't have to stress about these nasty bugs for one more day.

We had a reapbad bedbug problem and didn’t know what to do about it. We sprayed, bombed and vacuumed them with no luck. We looked on line and heat is the only way to kill them. After a lot of searching, Armor & Shield Pest Control was the best rated and most affordable company out there. They give military discounts also! Thier heat treatment is the highest temperature out there. Hotter that the other companies. They did a great job! If you use anyone else, you’re taking a chance.

24 hours later and I feel like I can finally breathe. The skeptic in me says wait a couple of weeks, but last night was the first night in months I felt like I could actually sleep in my home without feeling completely paranoid and anxious. No one likes to talk about bed bugs, probably because the stigma is they are for dirty people, but the truth is far from that. They can infest the cleanest of homes, businesses, hotels, schools, anywhere. I have tried to get rid of them, but nothing worked. This morning I woke up without new bite marks on my arm. If this lasts, I will sing this company's praises for eternity! Also, just a little side note, the price was the lowest around, the customer service was amazing. Dealing with bed bugs is a nightmare no one should have to go through. I called around for hours comparing prices and reviews before I went with Armor and Shield and I am glad I did! They are knowledgeable, friendly, information, PUNCTUAL, and they don't skimp on the spray. It's been 2 days and my carpet is still damp. Most importantly the bugs are DEAD.
