Arbor Masters trimmed up 2 large trees. They came out and gave me an estimate and then we had an ice storm. They returned to perform the service and charged the same amount they had estimated, although the trees were in more of a mess. They did a great job and cleaned up all the branches and trimmings. I will contact them again when the trees require trimming.

They gave me a qoute for cutting big limbs on my neighbors elm tree for $480 dollars 3 years ago. Prices must have really sky rocketed. I was given a qoute of $350 to cut a big limb from my ceder tree from this last storm in July. I swollewed a cow, but I went on ahead and have them did it. They came and gone. No hello no phone call no knock on the door. The job done! I didn't even see or hear a sound! Didn't even know they came until I look at the tree! They assume I wasn't home! I was home. The bill covered their short time of maybe a few minutes. The use of equipment and their diesel truck! All for $350? My info was different from their info about what was to be done. I will shop around next time when I want tree service. I am old but this? Trees are priced when you buy them. They are very costly as they grow old and bigger for removal or damage. This I do understand. But the price is some what high.

Great, well trained, do an outstanding job, reasonably fast, high quality, responsive, well equipped, friendly, contentious, clean up the site excellently, very knowledgeable about the biology and physics of trees and plant, do the job right. On the good-fast-cheap triangle they're very good and fast. They'll solve your problems.

Arbor Masters trimmed 3 trees for me and told me the 4th tree was fine. Within 3 months I had dead branches falling out of the trimmed trees and the tree that was "Fine" is dead. I have a different company coming out to do what Arbor Masters was supposed to do, and paid for. I would not recommend Arbor Masters! Find someone that will do the job you pay them for!

Great work with my tree treatments at a reasonable cost. Also, I had them trim several trees and they did a great job coordinating the time with me, getting the job done right and cleaning up after themselves. Very happy with the work and the service

I had a very large, very old tree that was rotting out and would soon have crashed into my house. They removed it, including the giant limbs that were hanging over my roof. They did so professionally and without putting my house in further danger. The price was fantastic in relation to the quality of work. I give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, the newly homeless Squirrels give them 1.
