Felt like I had done my research and EcoWater was down to my top three of potential companies. I deeply regret deciding to go with EcoWater. A family member had EcoWater install their softener and loved it, have had a great experience and no problems. For install, I was verbally told (my mistake for not getting it in writing) that $200 would be knocked off since they weren't going to have to dig to install. When questioned, Dennis told me that wasn't true and the salesman tried to call me "to explain" but at that point, everything had been installed and it was "too late" to change the price. They claim (which I have in writing, in multiple places in sales documents) that you'll receive a $500 Costco Cash Card if you're a Costco member and purchase through your account. Card arrived - $465 (yes, just a $35 difference but at this point, one more thing for the list of reasons I will never recommend). The machine installed had a broken component, it never worked from the start though at install they claimed the issue of not showing the digital count was not a problem and it would kick in. It did not and thus it was not cycling itself which led to a sulfur / chemical smell to my water. I e-mailed, then called, then e-mailed again and finally the third contact got a response 48-hours later. Then the clerk who called me claimed to call me two weeks prior but I told him I would gladly provide my phone records to prove otherwise. There was not a fast turn around on getting a tech out and the times were limited and not convenient. My experience with the technician was great. He was prompt, answered all my questions, quickly fixed the part that wasn't properly counting amount used, flushed the system. I drained the hot water heater, everything seemed to be good to go, smell was gone and the app and the machine were properly counting the water usage. Within 48 hours, 1/2 of the problem had returned. Although the machine was properly counting the water used and I had troubleshooted through all items in the instructional guide, the smelly water has returned. I wish I could go back and not use EcoWater. At this point, hard city water seems like a joy over the smell of this water and the trouble it takes to get a tech scheduled to come out.

I've had my system for almost a year and for the most part have had a good experience. We have had a few issues first was a price rebate that we had been told about by the salesman. But they did go back and take care of it without it being a big deal so that was great. Had some issues with the system setup but that was a app issue that was fixed within a few days. But now I have a warranty issue on the drinking water tap that they installed leaking water. They want to charge to come look a warranty on something that's not a year older. They are lucky I was home to catch the leak and turn off the system before it became a much bigger issue. At least they warned me about the charge before they came out.

EcoWater Systems came out the same day we called which was a pleasant surprise. Explained everything that caused the problem with our water softener and repairs took about 80 minutes. Bill for services was to the penny of the quote before arriving. Great job and thanks for the prompt service.

I have not enjoyed my service with this company. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. I would make sure you shop around there are better options don't fall for any high pressure sales techniques. Simply put - they don't want my review up but I don't think it's fair to threaten law suits unless you give them a stellar review. I just want to make sure people know not everyone has an amazing experience with them or their products.

Dennis is terrific. Our new house draws water from the lake, and we called Dennis after several awful experiences working on our filtration system with American Water. Dennis was able to completely fix our water problems, and did a terrific job with the installation. He also installed a drinking system in our kitchen, which we love. A few months later, our water went out late Saturday night (due to a broken pipe, as it turns out). I texted Dennis, and he was at our house by 8:45 AM Sunday morning. He diagnosed the problem quickly and didn't even charge us for having come out. Dennis is terrific to work with and really knows his stuff. It was a relief to find Eco Water after such terrible experiences with American Water!

Tech was very informative and friendly. Took the time to answer all my questions. The only issue is that I wasn't told that I would need to leave my house after treatment. Tech apologized but assured me it was necessary. It would be nice if the same tech could service my home in the future. Sorry but I don't remember his name. Hopefully the treatment is as good as the service.

Can't vouch for their services, as I never used them; however, did call to ask about having rats removed from under my backyard shed and they stated they couldn't assist me with that. One wonders why they have "rodent control" listed on their website if they can't perform that task? Do potential customers a favor and state exactly what kind of "rodent control" you CAN deal with.

This company sells an excellent product with very affordable financing. The technicians are well trained in the system and can explain it clearly. The owner, Dennis Benefield, takes a personal interest in every customer. In my case he went the extra mile to fit the system into an old house. When nobody else could fit into a narrow crawl space, he came with his technicians on a Saturday to try it himself.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I have been having issues with my water softener for a couple years and the other night I finally KOed it while trying to clean out some caked on salt. After trying to deactivate the "bypass" I noticed my good water was going right down the drain. Later I found out that the discs inside the bypass were no longer good and so I was basically wasting good water (money) right down the drain. Early the next morning I was frantically calling around and getting estimates which all seemed ridiculous. Finally I found Eco Water Conditioning. I called them up and got a hold of Dennis (the owner) Right away he knew this was urgent and informed me that he would work me into his already busy schedule for the day. Him and Dennis showed up a couple hours later, turned off my water and swapped out my old unit with a shiny new one. I was overly greatful but I didn't want these guys to see me cry. Working with them was a pleasure and an extremely positive experience considering the circumstances. I will be sure to call these guys first next time.

I had just moved into a house in the country and it had some smelly water and I had no idea what to do. I called 4 other companies that are in the same business as Dennis at Eco Water and it was like comparing apples, oranges, kiwis and pineapples. It seemed that they all had much different information and that most had bad things to say about each other. So, not only was I unsure what to do to tackle my issue I felt like I was dealing with people that would go to any length to make the other guys look bad to try and get my business. I prefer not to do business that way! I had several quotes from all who came and Dennis was certainly not the least expensive by any means, but I felt like I got what I paid for and it was fair, and I am extremely happy. I have had no issues and the water has been excellent and the water smell was totally gone within a couple of days. If I had to do it all over again I would have not changed a thing and I highly recommend Dennis, and EcoWater.
