Awesome experience through and through with this company. Great communication throughout the process, made sure we were informed on all things bed bugs, and did a really great job getting rid of those terribly annoying bugs. Even after the initial treatment they came back the very next week to make sure the problem was erradicated, and would have kept doing so until the job was done. They even helped us out a ton with a payment plan, so we could get this taken care of as quick as possible, and it was incredibly affordable especially when compared against every other competitor I could find. It was an incredible relief to have these guys on our side. And after dealing with another company who only made the problem worse, I can hands down say this company is the most honest, intelligible, and just the best in the business when it comes to Oklahoma pest control. Mr. Brush came out to inspect for bed bugs due to some bites I was getting at night. I was thinking it was bed bugs because I had opened my home up to a couple of teens for a few weeks that was needing a place to stay and believed they may have brought them in. They were able to fit me in for an inspection the day I called them. When the guy got there he was very professional and walked me through everything before giving me a quote to conclude the inspection. The instructions they provided were very clear and the only question I ended up having, during the prep, they answered for me over the phone promptly. I had what they called a “level 3 infestation”, so they warned it may take additional lighter treatments. However, when they inspected 2 weeks later this wasn’t the cas and they were able to clear me. I was told they would stay with me as long as needed and to call if I saw any bugs. I haven’t had an issue since the treatment over a year ago! Highly recommended!

They gentleman that came into the office were courteous and professional. They let us know right away that the product is green and would not linger for more than an hour in terms of smell, which was a pleasant cedar smell. This company is awesome! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I should know--I had to call and text them multiple times. They professionally, courteously, and promptly answered ALL of my endless questions and concerns. Having bed bugs can be quite stressful; they even calmed my nerves. No one wants to go through a bed bug infestation, but if it happens to you, you WANT to use this company. Be blessed, and don't let the bed bugs bite. ;) Just call ABBS Pest Control.

We moved into our house three weeks ago, and two weeks in discovered some additional roommates... YUCK! I called several companies and I had to leave messages with all of them except ABBS. They answered and I got to talk to them about our unwanted house guests. Michael was great and (though he told me that "no one gets same day service") he came out the same day, assessed and said our issue was small enough that he could treat it same day. This guy is a PRO. He came and treated we haven't seen a single living critter since before he came a week ago. He also left some passive monitors so we could make sure we had it under control, and the products he used were safe enough for us to sleep in the room that night while making the room smell like a cabin in the woods. He's coming back next week to double check that we are free and clear, and I could not recommend someone more. Their pricing was really reasonable too, but honestly not being eaten alive by tiny monsters is priceless in my opinion.
