Horrible experience with this company! They sent different people every time and I had it with the last guy leaving a huge mess in my attic, so I cancelled the service in January 2019. I guy shows up at my house on a rainy day in February to perform a service after I had cancelled. He tried to go to the back yard where my dogs were, needless to say they didn’t let him walk by. I have cameras all around the property so I can see his every move where he did not do a thing (I did say it was raining, right?). I got an invoice and I just had to let them know. I recorded the nasty conversation with Maria where she keep trying to charge me and threatened me with collection agency issues. What a nightmare!!!!

I have had numerous issues with this company in the past year, mainly with communication with the office. There are a few techs that were great and was the determining factor on why I continued to stay with the company, however it is NOT worth the frustration, nor the money to deal with the unprofessional, rude, lack of communication with office personnel. Poor, poor, customer service as well as horrible, if ANY phone etiquette at all! I will happily take my business elsewhere!

Tech rang doorbell and my dog was going nuts. I picked her up and opened the door. Tech was already heading back to his truck. Says he was going to spray outside but came in since I was holding my dog. He didn't spray every room. I told him I found a spider crawling on my pillows in my bedroom and he just ignored me. Not your typical A+ customer service AT ALL! Then he said he was going to spray the outside and then he left!! He made me feel he was annoyed to be working and didn't want to be here at all. My home is brick and you can see when the brick is wet. He didn't spray the outside at all. Literally...he was here for 55 seconds and I didn't even get his name. Very dissapointed with A+. NOTE: Prior to posting my review, i attempted to reach the office to tell them about my disappointment but no answer. It's 2:01 pm on Tuesday.

Then when I called to correct this issue they refused to fix it. So now I am expected to pay extra money because their sales representative is going to people’s houses and lying about their service. Kudos to Tim our service tech today! We had a nine o'clock appointment and he showed up promptly at that time. Tim was courteous and professional the whole time he was servicing our home. Since initially making the appointment we had encountered another issue (SNAKE) and asked him to treat the perimeter of our home. Although he didn't have what he needed (sulpher), because it wasn't on the service ticket, he assured me that he would put it in his notes and request that someone to stop by and get that taken care of for us in the next few days. Look elsewhere. Any place that wants to put you in an agreement without proving their worth is fishy at best.

The techs that have been out have been very friendly, and frustrated for what they thought they were to do is no where close to what is to be my contract and treatment. I have called the office many times and has not been corrected and have yet to have my entire yard,property complete. Then I was changed to a bimonthly service for spray yard....... no I am not bimonthly, nor a spray. Its twice a year treatment of Taurus. Then a tech comes to spray and have to explain no, and that the yard has yet been completely done. The tech is confused for their work order is a spray, termite treatment for yard 400 sq ft. It becomes comical for I have over an acre that is to be treated. Upon calling office after an unauthorized charge to my card, the response is I'll take care of it. Take care of what? Charges, service that I have paid for that still has yet to be completely do for entire yard? That the techs do not have the material needed for they are going off what office said and wrote, which is not what is to be used? Still half of the property is untreated, they have been her 3 times in couple months, and its only to be twice a year??? Each time I have called i have been told it will be taken care of, and then everything is changed to something else. Just want what I have asked for and paid for, how is this so difficult? You have to stay on top of what is and not done and how much. Update After calls not returned I got ahold of corporate and the lady scrambled through the mess and got things corrected. Yard will be completed next week, and unauthorised charge is going to be corrected. She made sure that contract and treatment is written correctly. Thank you to her, for could not get calls or anything done/fixed before.

Used A+ for years with excellent results. However, since they have gotten bought out the problems have begun. Technicians are all still very nice and courteous but we are on a quarterly service and the office has tried 3 times to come out and spray when it hasn't even been a month since they came. Also, they have gone up on their service price significantly without warning. When I call to tell them, they seem oblivious to to fact that this is an ongoing problem. Still a great service but you REALLY have to stay on top of them or they will come out and bill you when it's not even time for them to come.

Eddie Ferris was excellent! He answered questions and had no problem addressing my concerns. He was professional while in the house with my kids. Highly recommend him! He had to come after I had problems with the office. He handled it well even though it had nothing to do with him. My problem is that I'm set up to be notified in advance of a service as I get the inside of my house and shop sprayed EVERY time. They came out without notifying me and said they sprayed. Then they proceeded to bill me for a service that wasn't done completely or to my knowledge at all. They said they could show me the invoice. I told them I could make an invoice but that didn't prove a service was actually done. Eventually they agreed to "come back out to repeat the service" at no charge!

Worst experience with this company! We had a employee come to our house, sprayed our house didn’t use the right products, forgot to bring our items that were provided with our package, took our check with him on vacation! After trying to track down our check and having a new employee come to our house to spray again, The treatments never worked!!!! I contacted them again today to inform them we are still seeing bugs, I was told well we don’t show any more services on your account!!! We will never recommend this poor quality, terrible customer service company to anyone!

We scheduled our yard to be done on a Saturday purposefully in the afternoon, while we would be out. At 9 am, a guy rang the bell. In pajamas, i did not go to door- husband was asleep- ( why are they here this early?) after no answer he banged on the door loudly. The receptionist & I had been very clear about what we had asked for so I figured he could handle his job without a discussion. Wrong. He did not do what we asked for- he was gone within a few minutes, so I called & told the girl on phone- & she said she would have him come back & do what we had asked for ( extensive tick spray on yard and in trees). He came back and again, banged on the door and then went around to the back and banged on the back door. Not even kidding. My husband went only to meet a very hostile worker who was put out and angrily said “what is it that you want us to do?” Seeming to have no knowledge of what we had ordered a couple of days before with their own customer service rep - he was mad that we weren’t out there telling him what to do with the yard. He angrily asked my husband why your wife didn’t come out here & tell me what y’all wanted?” Because it’s not her place to tell you what to do or how to do your job? Major communication breakdown between the staff and major hostile attitude towards a customer - at the wrong time that was told to us- when we had requested very specifically stated outside treatment while we were gone. He was so continuously & blatantly rude to my husband that we decided we could no longer use their business. We figured if they’d allow someone like this to handle customers, their standards are too low. I called & left a message with them on what they call their “hot line” ( that no one answered at) cancelling our service- we have been loyal customers for at least 8 years- never complained before- & they didn’t even call us back to say we are sorry or even try to rectify the situation. Lloyd was the man that always treated our home before and was wonderful. Never once had to tell him anything - he always came fully prepped and aware of what we had ordered by the customer service rep. We always requested him bc he made everything so effortless and easy. He is no longer working as much with them so we had to try a new guy, which I was already skeptical about, bc Lloyd was amazing. They should have cared more, communicated more, and hired more Lloyd’s- who is kind and respectful when he’s at someone’s home. They should have followed up with an apology. This spoke volumes to us that we did the right thing choosing a different pest company, when we did not hear back. If they had called us, we never would have written this review.

More like F- pest control! I went with them because of the good reviews! Epic fail!!! Last Saturday a technician was scheduled for 9 am. 9:30 rolls around with no technician. I called the office and they had rescheduled me for Wednesday WITHOUT consulting me! This guy has to work! Fast forward to today. Received text and email confirmation for a morning service. 12:45 rolls around and no technician! I called the office and they even said I should have at least heard from him! I canceled the service for good. Five minutes after canceling a technician magically appears at the house. Didn’t even realize they were here. My son and daughter were frightened by a man in the backyard! I’m glad my dog wasn’t out back or would have darted out the gate! I immediately sent him away! Pathetic!!!!!

If i could give zero stars I would. Came out to my house for "free estimate" and diagnosed bed bugs. The kid they sent looked like he was in high school still. My fiance took the sample bug to my vet and it was actually a mite. Then 6 months later A+ sent me a bill for 50 dollars. After I refused to pay and explained to the lady that they didnt perform any service they turned the bill to collection. Do not use this company. Inexperienced and rip offs. They get an F-.
