Had Stryker come out about 3 weeks ago. They did a great job!!! The whole process took maybe an hour or so. The owner himself came out to the house. Which to me speaks volumes. If the owner works hard the whole company works hard. He was great! We had him spray for insects for the upcoming winter. We had no issues and haven't seen a bug/spider since. I'd definitely use them again in the spring to prevent anything else. Highly recommended.!

We discovered a family of raccoons living in our cast iron wood burning stove a few weeks ago. John and Chris came out and were able to wrangle 2 of the 5. It became impossible to catch the rest because they had a place to hide where no one could get to them. So they installed a one way cap on the chimney. And finally the last little guy left. But he wouldn't get off the roof. So out they came another time. I am so thankful for the people at Stryker. They are professional. Smart. Punctual. Reasonably priced I worked with this company for about a month by the time we got the whole family out. They had a warm a cozy home and patience was the best path in our case. I hope I never have this problem again but if I do I am calling Stryker.

They worked around my schedule and were very accommodating. They sprayed my whole house and stated that if I continued to see spiders in the basement to give them a call and they would come back free of charge. I actually had to call them to come back, and they were able to revisit fairly quickly to spray again, and the spider problem went away.

I highly recommend Stryker Pest Control for anyone who has issues inside their home; and though I hope I never have to use their services again, I definitely would. I called to request an appointment for a free inspection for fear of bedbugs. They were very prompt in getting the appointment schedule, and though I wasn't home during the inspection due to having to work but my mother was while babysitting my daughter. She said the gentleman who came, which turned out to be the owner of the company, was very thorough. To my surprise, we discovered we did not have bedbugs but instead carpet bettles. My mother called me so that John could discuss with me what we had concluded with his inspection and gave me pricing for getting the issue taken care of. When setting up the appointment for the treatment John was extremely accomdating and even fit my house into a busy scheduled Saturday. After arriving to the house he was very friendly and informative of not only the process but of explain why and how the carpet bettles could have gotten into our house. Also, John was extremely thoughtful to the fact I have an 19 month old daughter who is in to EVERYTHING. As for when laying out a few (non toxic to human) traps he let me know that they would be going into logical places that can not be accessed by my little one. John also had another associate with him while treating the house. He too was so friendly and very understanding when my young rescue dog kept jumping up on him. Before we left them to do their work John made sure to verify the best way to exist the home while keeping it secure. Thank you for excellent services.

When you have rentals sometimes tenants leave little surprises when they move out. One of our most recent tenants left a little surprise in the form a VERY well established roach infestation and mice (which they conveniently forgot to mention)! Stryker Pest Control was prompt, responsive, answered every question I had and made sure that the pests were absolutely eliminated. As a landlord, the peace of mind that the problem is handled by professionals saves me time, and money that would have been wasted if I had chosen to go with a baseboard jockey spraying windex on the floor. 10/10 recommend Stryker Pest Control and will absolutely use them again.

I was in a bad spot because I had found a few bugs in my house that I was pretty sure was ticks. I probably called at least 10 companies and Stryker was the first to get back with me and could come out the quickest. I captured two of the pests and the Stryker team was able to identify them immediately. They explained the treatment plan and fit me in their schedule to get the treatment done asap because they knew I was very unhappy. When they came back to treat, they were fast and efficient and gave me a discount! I waited a few weeks to post my review because I was hesitant that all the pests would be gone, but in fact they were! I haven't seen any bugs! Not only did they get rid of the targeted pests, they seem to have extinguished all bugs! They were efficient and extremely professional. I would recommend Stryker to anyone and would personally never use anyone else.

Called on Saturday afternoon during normal business hours for dead bird removal, left a voice mail anticipating a callback on the following Monday. By afternoon, there was no follow up. I called again and was able to speak with a scheduling rep who was unsure why my service call was overlooked. Although, apologetic, the rep was not able to schedule service until the following day. I used this service last Summer, was very satisfied with the prompt service performed on a Saturday afternoon. I was disappointed this time to find my service call was a miss. While on a brief hold, I checked my bank records to confirm the company name because I thought I inadvertently called a competitor. Not sure what happened this time, but having a decomposing bird the size of a crow above my front porch is unsightly and unwelcoming. Had to find an alternative for immediate removal.

Paid $180 to have a wasp nest removed on Monday. No guarantee or warranty because the nest was mostly removed. It's now Friday of the same week & a new nest has already formed in the same spot. The guy that came out here was nice, but just left without even telling us he was done. This was a complete waste of money. Reply to company's response : My husband set this appt up, so the account would have been under his name, not mine. Which is why you don't have my initials in your system. We ended up removing the nest ourselves, as the technician told us there was no guarantee.

What a delightful experience it has been dealing with John at Stryker Pest Control -- from the first time I met him, taking a bed bug to him to identify since I had never seen one. After telling me that the bug was indeed a bed bug and explaining some things about the situation, he never even suggested he treat for them but I knew after meeting him I would want him to be the one to do so. He was kind and helpful and offered to take a look in my house to see if I did indeed have a problem. After inspecting our home, he did find we had a problem so we engaged his service to treat them. He spent lots of time inspecting to make sure how extensive the problem was, showing us in detail where it was. He never gave us false hope that we wouldn't need a second treatment and said it could become necessary though he didn't think it would be. We were told exactly how to prepare before the treatment and the treat-ment went well, as smoothly as possible. He just returned for a second time (with no cost involved) to relieve my fears that we might still have a problem. Fortunately, my fears were just that -- fears! From the first time I met John, i have found him to be very honest, likeable and reassuring. It's rare in today's world to find someone so helpful whom you feel you can trust and with whom you will not be disappointed like I have found in John. No one recommended John to me, I picked him randomly, but I can tell you that I have been pleased from the first time I met him until now. I would recommend him to any of you if you ever need a Pest Control Company. John's Company is the Stryker Pest Control Company. You will be well taken care of if you choose his company!

Stryker Pest Control provided quality, thorough service and I am so thankful that I went with them! I simply needed an inspection for a refi and a major national company told me that it would be $50-$200 and that they couldn't tell me how much until the inspection was completed. I called Stryker, they gave me a firm price and were able to come out the next day! He was kind to my dogs, explained the process and went about his inspection. When he saw my husband's military awards and medals on the wall, he expressed his and his family's gratitude and patriotism. He finished up, we chatted for a few minutes and I never felt rushed. He explained each and every step he was going to do and if I ever need to call a pest control company, it will definitely be Stryker! Honest, nice, informative, fair pricing. They drove over my retaining wall and then drove all over my lawn. They trespassed on private property and possibly caused damage to our lawn. And then she started filming us when we came out to see what the problem was, like we were in the wrong. Instead of trying to correct the problem and drive on to the driveway, she was trying to leave without even notifying us of any possible damage she may have caused. Their insurance will be hearing from our insurance.

We had ants and needed someone to come out to take care of them. The other guys wanted us to commit to an annual contract, but Stryker Pest Control did not. We discussed our needs with them and they quoted us a price comparable or better to the other guys. Stryker came out the same week and treated our house inside and out. The Stryker exterminators were professional, friendly, and very informative. They answered our questions and explained the treatments they were performing. It has only been a couple of days, but our pests seem to have all disappeared. Should we have need of their services again, we will definitely give them a call. I called Stryker Pest Control to handle mice in the garage. This was after conducting research on local pest control companies for several days. However, I'm really glad I called Stryker. We started hearing scratching in our ceiling a few months back. When it persisted, we gave Stryker a call. John (the owner) came out and was super personable and knowledgeable. We apparently had some mice who had taken up residence in the attic above our garage and were running from there to the space between our first and second floor. I’m an animal lover so I hate the idea of killing any critters, but having mice in the house is so unhealthy. Anyway, he explained how many bait setups we’d need for the best results and placed them for us. (I was leery of using poison since we have a dog, but apparently the industry has come a long way since the days of the super-extra-deadly-to-everyone stuff! Also, the bait is in a container that only a critter the size of a mouse can get in.) Two weeks later, he came back out to check how much bait was left in the various places he put them, refilled them, and rearranged them based on what he found. We are now scratchy noise-free, and we own the bait traps so they should continue to protect our home. We’ll definitely call John next fall for a pre-winter bait check though! The prices were pretty transparent and seemed reasonable to me for the level of service, products, and results we got.

Winter seems to have brought more mice this year than ever before. I am so glad I went with Stryker Pest Control. John was nice, informative, prompt, efficient and affordable. Whereas a different chain wanted me to sign up for a year, or pay and outrageous figure just to come to my house without a contract, John spoke of no such things, he educated me some, told me how he was going to solve my mice problem, and how to prevent this from happening again. He basically give me all the info I could handle about how to never call him again for this problem, very counter productive for his business, but makes for one awesomely satisfied customer. I would recommend him to any home owner who just wants to get quality service with no fears of being ripped off or taken advantage of.

I called Stryker early in the spring because we had found a couple ticks in the house. The dog didn't have any, but we found one on the sofa and one on my clothes. We had just moved to Columbus from the Toledo area, & had never experienced a problem with ticks before. Our condo does border on a large wooded area, so we were pretty freaked out....especially when I talked to the neighbors & found out 2 people there had Lyme Disease (contracted before they moved here). Stryker came out quickly, sprayed the house, deck and some of our small yard. He explained that condos were similar to apartment buildings when it comes to pest control.....if your neighbors don't treat, pests just reinfest from the neighbors house. But we haven't had any problems, and will definitely have them spray again in the spring to avoid any problems!

It's taken me to long to share my experience with Stryker Pest Control, better late than never. This is an excellent pest control company. I had a serious bed bug problem, had used the services of another company prior to Stryker, & they did not fix my problem. But Stryker Pest Control responded promptly, called before each treatment & I needed 3 treatments, the owner explained everything he was going to do & they completely eliminated the bed bugs. I will always use Stryker Pest Control for any extermination service in the future.

I called Stryker Pest Control to have a inspection done for a VA home loan, When John arrived and his associate arrived (sorry I forgot her name) before we even started he thanked me for my service...very cool. Our house backs up to a field and because of that we have mice that keep getting into our house. I left a message with 2 exterminators on Sunday, April 2nd and Stryker Pest Control was the first to call me back on Monday. They even set up an appointment to come out that Tuesday. John was very prompt and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and answered every question I had, putting my mind at ease that the bait stations he was putting out wouldn't hurt my cats or dogs. We called Stryker after having an unsatisfactory experience with another company. We were having problems with carpenter ants, spiders, and silverfish. The owner, John, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. The service had a 60 day guarantee. Carpenter ants and silverfish can both be tricky to get rid of, and I did have to call back after a few weeks when I was still seeing a few bugs. They scheduled my appointment with no hassle and on the return visit sprayed a different chemical, explained why, and did not seem put out to be called back (and, of course, no charge). I was impressed with the service in that I have noticed no spider webs on the outside of my house since the outside spray a month ago and no spiders inside. The ants are dying (yay) and I feel confident in the service that we received. I highly recommend Stryker.

Hired this company to inspect my small business. The office staff was friendly, but two of my employees had concerns because the main man at the company John decided to make sexually abusive remarks about one of my interns, and my other employee overheard him make a derogatory remark about her race. I decided to do a bit of research, there is a reason this business has so many positive reviews and such few negative reviews. The office staff bolsters google reviews with false account reviews, check the legitimacy of the google accounts. You'll only find they reviews Stryker. No other businesses. The company does use proper chemicals and procedures, but the owner of this company is a well known bigot and I would never trust him around my daughters, wife, or employees. This man is a creep! This account was made to protect the integrity of my business and the safety of my employees, when the owner replies and states no business records, they're only attempting to cover up this mans disgusting behavior.

We own a meat market in Columbus and have had an on and off problem with flies and gnats getting inside. Along with racoons in the dumpster, mice and now birds are roosting on the building. Over the years we have used several different pest control companies and they were ok, but never got total control of our problem. We called Stryker to give us a bid for our pest control. The guy that came out really knew his stuff. It was actually the owner. He gave us options on what could be done, how he could help and what we could do to keep critters at bay. They have been servicing our place for 2 months now, and we have absolutely NO bug issues, the birds are gone and no signs of anything else. I thought that we had a yellowjacket problem. John Stryker arrived exactly at the promised time, took one look, and explained that we had what are called field ants. The ants had created a mound in the lawn in a nest that was about 18 inches in diameter. John explained that the nest was probably about 2 feet deep and used a device to inject the insecticide deep into the ground. He took the time to explain that the grass roots around the nest would have been destroyed and that we would need to reseed the small area. The price was reasonable and the service was prompt and efficient. I'm happy to recommend the company and if we encounter problems with other pests, we'll call Stryker Pest Control again.

But most recently I had an unfortunate incident where I bought something that had roaches in it and they had come into my house but also infested my car !! I could have never got through this without Stryker! Not only did they help with treating my house but I thought for sure the only resolution to my car was some gasoline and a match but they even treated my car for me !!!! There are not enough words to explain the gratitude I have for them saving my car for me! If you are having pest control issues, START HERE! My wife and I recently had an issue with birds and squirrels getting into our attic through both the gable vent and a separation between our roof and siding. After speaking with 3 companies, we felt lost due to prices being WAY to unreasonable or not feeling comfortable with the representatives that came to our house. It was overwhelming because the problem was getting worse and we didn't know what to do. I finally came across Stryker Pest Control while searching for companies that I have not spoke with. I am so thankful I did. Not only did the representative that came out make us feel comfortable, he was knowledgable as well. He was able to give us an exact game plan of what to expect price wise and what work was going to be done. He had great patience with all of the questions we had and was able to answer them with confidence. Once the work was done, we were thankful that the nightmare was over! However, a few weeks later, we had a similar issue, and WITHOUT QUESTION Stryker sent their response team to deal with the situation. Our problem was remedied before we even got home from work the next day! I plan on posting this same review on any review source I can find because of how satisfied I was with this company. Recently moved to a new house from a different state and noticed we had some ants. Called Stryker and they had someone to take a look within a week. The exterminator was incredibly nice and very helpful explaining what could trigger the pavement ants to come inside as well as how to properly take care of them. She baited and left letting me know exactly what to expect. When I called back 3 weeks later to let the company know that we still were seeing ants they sent someone out free of charge to rebait. Pavement ants can set-up little satellite nests so it's not uncommon to need a second baiting (as explained to me by the exterminator). Unfortunately it's winter so if the second baiting doesn't work they won't be able to spray the outside until spring but I was very very happy with how professional and prompt the service was. Will definitely be utilizing them in the future for any other pest control needs I may have.

So a couple weeks back I went out on my back patio and seen a snake. A small one, but a snake nonetheless, so I freaked out! I looked online and see all the positive reviews Stryker received and I honestly see why. Derrick came out to my house and was the best!! He helped me understand a little more about snakes and what he could do to help. He had no hesitation searching in my shed and under my grill cover (because I wasn't going out there). Most importantly, he was honest and put my mind at ease. I plan on calling them whenever I have any pest issues in the future. I really appreciate this company, especially Derrick!

Stryker is awesome! I just closed on my house and didn't want any surprises when I moved in. So I called up Stryker to do an inspection and recommend any services. I could only make a weekend day work and Emily in the office went above and beyond to find a technician to come in on a Saturday. Little did I know that the tech would be John, the owner. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy at all. The services he recommended were based on what I could tolerate. He could have easily said I need this, I need that, and charged me accordingly. But, he was an honest businessman, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend John and the Stryker Pest Control team and their sweet "red" work trucks! Give them a call today if you need Pest Control services.

Stryker was SO helpful in solving a pest problem. Two different people did treatments for me and were both very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions immediately. The owner was very kind and genuine; he also took time to explain to me how their treatments worked and why they were more beneficial than some that other companies offered. I can't even being to express my gratitude toward this very honest company! I am a single mom and am afraid of all pests. It was confirmed six months ago, by another company in the area, that I had bed bugs. After 5 of their treatments and hundreds of dollars later, I still felt as though I may have bed bugs. I called Stryker for a second opinion and the owner came out and did a very thorough job of inspecting my house. He confirmed that there weren't ANY SIGNS of bed bugs and that I probably should have never have been treated in the first place. We had a mild mouse problem and they only set a few traps on top of the ones we already had. Ours worked better and they didn't bother checking the attic or sub basement and the entire visit was 10 minutes. I'm sure in a more serious matter they may do more but I felt like I really just bought a consultation rather than an exterminator.

I recommend Stryker for any pest problem that you may have. The are very friendly and worked around my busy schedule. I even called on the Friday of the holiday weekend and they were happy to set up an appointment for me right away. I've had them out to my house twice now and each time they did what they came to do & not to mention, did it the right way. I had a bed bug issue. The first time, the owner came out to inspect and make sure that I actually had bed bugs. Then, came back a couple of days later to treat my house. They treated my house and I had no problems afterwards. Now, two years later I've ran into the same problem. They came out and treated my house and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent this from happening again. This was a stressful situation to me, especially because you really have to prepare your home before the treatment. I was really embarrassed when I called to make my appointment(especially the second time), but they assured me that it happens to a lot of people and they would take care of the issue. John came out and explained what he needed to do to rid my property of these bugs and showed me how to detect if I ever had the problem again. After 6 months of one treatment, still no bugs.
