Solid outfit. I have been a Pest All customer for several years now. I used to worry about bugs but now that I know Jack from Pest All (Probably one of the best most experienced exterminators in the Tri-State) the bugs worry not me.

We've been using Pest All Exterminating for at least 4 years now. Shawn does a great job. He is very polite & really at times quite chatty, which is fine. He has a teaching attitude towards pest control & makes it quite understandable in how he goes about it. He always calls prior to coming & is usually very prompt. This last time he came out he told me he had expected to arrive when he said he would but hit an unfortunate traffic backup costing him the time. He apologized at which I told him no big deal. I understand heavy traffic happens most unexpectedly quite often. As far as the pest control goes, when we moved into this house 9 years ago there were an abnormal amount of spiders, silver fish, beetles & some other little pesky creepy crawlers. Pest All has been wonderful in controlling all of these. I would definitely recommend Pest All Exterminating to anyone looking for a regular exterminating service. As always to explain only 4 stars. I very rarely give 5 stars as that causes reader to believe there is no room for improvement, which with most everything there always is, so 4 stars is usually the best I will give.
