I typically don't write reviews for other pest control companies but when you meet and get to know Michael McDonald, I tend to make exceptions. Michael is one of the few that is willing to share his knowledge with the next generation of pest control professionals. While others preach new sales and price increase tactics, understanding the cost of a new sale Michael teaches a philosophy of maintaining your current customer base by Great Customer Service, Quality Service and Fair Pricing. It is refreshing to know that there are other professionals in this industry that still focus on the need of the customer. Yes, I would recommend him and his company to others.

I'm really thrilled with this company. For whatever reason, searching Google for pest control companies left us with some really shoddy choices. A few places never called us back. Another came out to the house and presented by wife with an outrageous estimate for everything from trapping to (unnecessary) roof repair. When we allowed the last company to attempt to trap the animal, they were unsuccessful and charged double what Permakil charged. By contrast, the Permakil employee was on time, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and discovered the problem. The bait he used took care of the problem the first time, with no need for multiple return visits. The price charged was very reasonable. I would absolutely use this company again, and I hope the next time anyone in the greater Cincinnati area searches, that Google will make this place show up. It would have saved us a lot of time and money.
