These guys got rid of our bed bugs once and for all. Our bedroom was infested. We were getting bites every night. Morris and his team came in and treated my whole house. Now we’re bed bug free. Yippee!! I would highly recommend them. Service was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. If you got bed bugs, give Ohio Bed Bugs a call. They’ll do the job!

I highly recommend Ohio Bed Bugs. After moving back from Hawaii and knowing what it was like dealing with bed bugs, I totally freaked when we found out we had bug beds here. When we called Ohio Bed Bugs they were extremely helpful, very friendly and came out right away. They did an absolutely outstanding job going through the home. Something we did not experience with other companies in Hawaii. We were able to eliminate them quickly and with the follow up sprays, we knew we had them beat! What could have been a long drawn out process turned out to be a short winning battle. We appreciated their great customer service and their price!!

These guys GET IT. Having bed bugs is from the more traumatizing experience we have gone through as a family, but these guys were calming and assuring through out the whole process. Oh yeah and they did a bang up job. Would definitely recommend.....but I hope to never have to call them again.

I called for an extermination and David from Ohio Bed Bugs was able to come out the next day. Luckily we caught the bed bugs before it got out of hand so everything was cleared up after the first visit. I would recommend Ohio Bed Bugs to anyone that ends up with the same problem as I did.

We had a bed bug recurrence from this past winter. Not wanting to risk using the same company again, I logged on to Google and found Ohio Bed Bugs. So far so good. We had two rooms infested to the point where our kids didn’t want to sleep in theirs. The company sent Dave to deal with our problem and he could not have been more professional. They tell you up front they will treat your home twice. In our case, our house was in upheaval for a several weeks. Ultimately, given the alternative, it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. Dave, however, was blunt after being told the pesky critters were still around and he was also extremely honest. They were hiding in the nooks, crannies and wooden slats of my kids’ bed frames. After assessing the mattresses and pointing out that 90 percent of the issue was in the frames, he said: “You might want to consider getting rid of those.” He administered the second treatment and we took his advice. Since then we’ve not seen a bed bug alive. Given how the situations played out as he explained, I suspect that the problem is gone. I appreciate great service, but above all I appreciate honesty. This is a company I hope to never have to use again, but would gladly do so and recommend.

I called Ohio Bed Bugs in a total panic because I noticed some spots on my sheets. I also noticed that my cat had bites on her and was scratching a lot. I saw a tiny bug jump. I described this to Morris at Ohio Bed Bugs and he told me it sounded like fleas. He also told me not to panic and tried to calm me down. He said he really didn't think it was necessary for him to come out and do an inspection because it really didn't sound like bed bugs. But I insisted. So on a Sunday he came to my house within an hour to do an inspection for me and set my mind at ease. And he was right. It wasn't bed bugs. My cat does have fleas. I really appreciated his honesty. I feel like a lot of people would have jumped at the chance to make money - even if they knew it wasn't bed bugs. I also really appreciated his patience with me as I was clearly being irrational. This is a really honest business. I would highly recommend them.

He followed up with a phone call to see how things were coming along. Don't know where these little creatures came from, but it is very reassuring to know a company like Ohio Bed Bugs is out there and can take care of them quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Ohio Bed Bugs because of their quick and highly professional service. We went from two houses to one so our home is very cluttered right now. They were able to work around our mess and solve our problem. The employee who serviced our house was very polite and even moved our animal's food bowls to a safer spot as he worked. Do not waste your money by going through a bigger national chain. Ohio Bed Bugs is a way better value.

David and Morris were very nice and came out right away. I paid for them to spray my entire house ($1200) when the infestation was really only on the third floor. They sprayed twice and I finally felt content in my new house. However, a live one turned up and I called them right away. Came out sprayed the areas again. David said he didn't find any live ones. Came home & I found a live one in a built in drawer. Called again, came back out to spray the area. I felt he did not do a thorough job. I'm happy they kept coming back out, but the problem was never solved. Finally, I decided to go with a different company and hope they can get rid of my problem. I think our infestation was pretty bad, so maybe it wasn't their fault. I wouldn't recommend if you have a huge infestation.

When this happens to you, you are freaked out....I called Morris at Ohio Bed Bugs and he calmed me down gave me my options and moved his schedule around to get me the first possible service appointment. David showed up on time was very professional and he did a excellent job, and also explained what we needed to do. He was polite and patience. They came back in two weeks checked again and re-treated as a precaution. We were declared bug free. Thank you Ohio Bed Bugs for everything and all your help!!
